We were a bit concerned because it was a Friday night and not very many cars in the parking lot.
We each ordered enchiladas and tacos w/ rice & beans.
We are used to bland ground beef for the filling. THIS RESTAURANT HAD THE BEST BEEF SEASONING WE HAVE EVER TASTED! We are from Houston Texas and that says a lot! ( I mean we’re closer to Mexico! ) so if you have go fill up their parking lot! ❤️

Empty place. Smelled way too strong of cleaning supplies. All you could smell. One waitress, said the sign out front was for dinner specials, says lunch right on it. Whatever, ordered from menu for lunch. Food was quick and drinks but food was not quite good, edible but nothing good. The thicker chips were nice and salsa was kind of sweet which I liked good enough. Food very bland otherwise. Never came back after dropping food. Had to hunt her down to ask for check and box. Won’t be coming back, wanted to give them a try as they are off the road a bit. One and done for this one.

This restaurant is a great place to eat, they always hook you up with the chips and salsa. I love their enchiladas even though I typically try one of their different burritos. It has a great ambience and at times can provide a great, quiet atmosphere for dinner time conversation. I just know people have to party it up here, but make sure you communicate with the staff prior so they can accommodate you.
I love the art inside and appreciate their customer service. I love going there with my family and appreciate their place in the community.

They need to put money back into their business. The carpet is worn out, booths are torn. We had to find the waitress who was sitting in a booth to place our order, get to go containers and our checks.

The food is and always has been the best Mexican around. I have been coming to this restaurant for many many years, but quit coming because it became really dirty and staff was unfriendly other than the younger lady. I saw the owner responded to a review that they were cleaning it up, so I went into try it again. Nothing has been cleaned! Walls are food splattered, upholstery and carpet are filthy, walls under tables are disgusting, air vents coated in dust and dirt, and service is not friendly. I’m so disappointed. I would love to be able to support this restaurant. I hope the owner sees this and does something. The Napavine location isn’t like this so why don’t they put the same care into this and the Chehalis one?

RATS- there is nothing else to say. We saw two darting around the dining room. We left our half eaten meals. When I told the man at the counter, who was our server also, his response… oh no, I just killed 5 or six rats. WHAT!!! I told him he needed an exterminator. Once we saw the first rat- we started noticing how dirty the floor and walls are. When they are darting around the dining room, you have an infestation!!! That is BAD!!!
I will also note- before we sat the rats, we had commented the food was subpar. Their version of a chili Relleno was a couple slices of Ortega chilies in an omelet with cheese on top.
But it doesn’t matter because RATS!

We went there for lunch. Both of us ordered dinners. 1 Burrito Carne Azada, it was very large and full of good ingredients. And a Mariscos Mexicanos, with shrimp. The meals were ery good. The restaurant has two small dinning areas with about six tables each and a bar area with a few more tables. All table/booths are made for 4 people each. The decorations are fun and is lively. An all sound good experience.

We’ve been coming here for years. The younger lady is so nice and the food is always amazing. Several visits now the other lady has been very unwelcoming, especially this time. She was so short, didn’t bring things we asked for multiple times, and dropped our food in 2 seconds before we could even take a breath. Then basically ignored us. I understand if its busy, but it was not busy most of our visit and we were treated the same way. If that is just how she is, fine. But then she shouldn’t be serving, as im sure it drives away customers, including us. It was my husband’s birthday dinner and unfortunately it was very awkward since we felt so unwelcome. Sucks because the food is always so good, but with how we were treated I’m not sure we will be back.
