This was my first order from this location and my first Veggie Sandwich Wrap ever.
The wrap had lots of ingredients and was easier to eat than a conventional sandwich, so I was thrilled with this item and will order it again.

This is a great Jersey Mike’s! The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. After coming here weekly, they’ve memorized my order! Would highly recommend coming in for a taste – you won’t regret it!!

I’ve been to these locations twice now
Today what set me into motion of writing a review was watching the cashier tell my elderly father that we have to answer the question but he points to the 20% tip line
he thinks he has to push that button I didn’t catch that he did push the 20%
it look like he had pushed no thank you to the tip
it wasn’t until leaving we saw the receipt. I told the cashier nicely move and he just smarted
So since I’m the guy that drives the car I’ll be making sure we stay away from this location because to to me Jersey Mike’s is just meat
And just mean to do that to another person
They do love the sandwiches but for me the value is just not there when one large sandwich and two regular size sandwich ran $42 plus tip was 50 there was no drinks no chips and to want a 20% service tip when you didn’t take an order you didn’t take it to our tables refill any drinks and we just took the food home 20% excessive
Please change the practice of pointing to buttons to force elderly people to push a button that they really don’t intend to and just for that cashier if you get to read this be kind cause someone else is gonna do this to your grandma and your grandpa

Always delicious food, and excellent cutomer service here at the Hemet Jersy Mike’s. Tables generally clean. Only issue is the bathroom sink where you can only wash your hands with one hand because you have to hold the water faucet handle down with the other to get water out. How can the employees effectively wash their hands with this type of faucet?

Their food is pretty good, though I’m not a fan of some of their sauces. Not nearly as much choice as subway, but it’s all fresh and you can watch them slice your meat, cook your hot sandwich ingredients, etc, which is a nice touch.
There’s not much to say about atmosphere. It’s a clean space with a handful of small tables, though, and that’s good enough for enjoying a sandwich or bowl.
Service is great. Everyone is friendly and attentive.
Prices are a little higher than I wish, but then, these days, what isn’t?
