I paid for a large fry but was given a regular. I questioned if it was a large fry and the curly haired boy with gaotee and msutache said it was. The shifr leader compensated by giving a small fry which still wasnt equivalent to a large.
This store has a high turnover rate or hired too many new people. I do not recommend. The Independence store is better and the laskin store has had the same nught crew for 3 years. Go there instead.

Did pick up. Delicious, as expected. Best part was that they are very generous at this location with their toppings. Bacon was cooked most excellently and was crispy. Lots of barbecue sauce on the one that we requested.
Fries were being cooked when I walked in and were fresh and hot. They were also extremely generous with the portions.

Called for a pick up order was told 15 or 20 mins waited 30 mins because they are always behind when I get there. Once I got there I still had to wait because the fries were not ready. Cold burger with hot fries. I was in a rush I gave more than needed time no one was in the building but workers. On top of that they thought it was funny that I was just sitting there RUDE SERVICE around 3:30 to 4pm on a Saturday

This is my first time ever going into five guys and the fries was absolutely horrible. They were cold and every fry was hard and old. Five guys was known for fresh hot fries and for the price I expected nothing less. Tonight however was the worst, very unacceptable.

I haven’t been to Five Guys in a long time but they did not disappoint welcoming me back. I got an absolutely mouth watering Little Bacon Cheeseburger with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and grilled jalapeños, Little fries, and a large drink….chef’s kiss. It was delectable. It was so good unfortunately I’m going back again today and I just ate this yesterday. Please treat yourself. Don’t be alarmed if the line is long or the wait is lengthy….safe, deliciously fresh food takes time people.

Five Guys have the best burgers and fries. They are a bit pricey, but good. We went to the Fairfield shopping center location. It was busy during lunch rush. Friendly service. There are many options for toppings. The amount of fries in a small order is enough for a few people. The burger was seasoned well and cooked the way I wanted.

Sub par management at this location. Crew is unorganized and lacks efficiency in processing orders in a timely manner. Waiting 40 mins for an order placed online for a future time is unacceptable.
