Pho Bamboo was absolutely awesome! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared—some of the best we’ve had. Every bite was comforting and delicious, and you can truly taste the quality.
What really made our experience stand out was our server, John. Hands down the best and funniest server we’ve ever had! He was attentive, friendly, and had us laughing the entire time while still making sure everything was perfect. His energy and humor took an already great meal to the next level.
If you’re looking for incredible food and top-tier service with a smile (and some laughs), Pho Bamboo is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back—and hoping John is our server again!

As vegans Vietnamese restaurants give us great options while traveling.We always call ahead to make sure the pho broth is vegetarian. Their broth was incredibly tasty and very ample portions of fresh noodles, veggies and the tofu was delicious. the jasmine ice tea may be the best I’ve ever had !!!! The staff was very friendly , greeting everyone as they came through the door . Our server whose name escapes me was so nice, friendly and helpful . The decorations are pretty awesome. A bit over the top but in a very funky way. They kept us entertained while eating . Looking forward to coming back again soon .

The atmosphere and service was amazing. I love Pho, but I couldn’t eat it at the restaurant because the broth was extremely oily, so I took it to go, put it in the refrigerator, so that the grease could rise and harden.
After I removed the glacier of grease, my soup was great. My only suggestion is to strain the oil.

Really a very good Pho. Broth is awesome . My wife if the Pho connesur and she really said it was one of her favs for sure. We both had seafood, mussles were really good size and delish! I had classic pho beef broth and my wife had the pork and crab broth. Hers was better than I thought. I imagine we’ll come back next time we come to the area. The decor is unique and will done. Service is fantastic. Both ladies were friendly and attentive. Portions are plentiful as expected for pho. I can never finish all of it. But I got really close with this one. Veggies were fresh and good. I wish we had tried an appetizer but we didn’t. Next time for sure we will. They have a punch card for free drink/appetizer. Now she said it’s the best! But apparently I used too much of the chili. Stop in!
