The staff was really rude when we order the buy one get one deal. Picture is the cup UNTOUCHED, the liquid was not even half the cup. We didn’t order less ice as you can see in the label so there shouldn’t be any reason why the liquid level is less than half the cup. For a $7 drink, they should do better. The drink took more than 20 minutes to be done even though the drive through line goes by very quickly. This is the worst Starbucks location in the area. Not sure if this has anything to do with discrimination. I always order through the app and there are no issues. Any time I order in person they always have an attitude and take forever to make the drink even if the store was not busy. Very disappointed.

Honestly this one is just as bad as Chapel avenue. They rarely give you a full drink. Always so slow because they are so busy. Who in their right mind pays $6 for “room” in their drink?! I want every last ounce and no I don’t want it watered down with extra ice. I’m honestly done with Starbucks they disappoint me time and time again and I keep thinking next time will be different but it’s not. They don’t have pride in what they put out to their customers. The barista should feel some kind of way setting this out for pick up like oh let me fix that but nope. Get it together I’m just asking for a full drink that I paid full price for!!!!!

I really like the matcha frappucino at Starbucks, and also have ordered the same custom for this drink for couple years. I sometimes order matcha drink at this location when I’m rush cause this is the nearest one to my house. However, I have no good experience of ordering here 3 times recently.
1st time here, I could see the color of the matcha Frappuccino wasn’t right. And yes, it tasted really just milk and ice with light green color.
2nd time here, I ordered ahead 10 mins before I came, but still had to wait more than 20 mins for the drink in the morning.
3rd time here today, the color is not right again, so I can guess somehow about the taste. Then I’m right, the drink today is completely filled with a bunch of ice, also it tastes straight like water. I can’t taste matcha or sweetness (I don’t have covid ). Also the volume of the drink is less than usual. Here the drink after 3 sips.
The first spending of the day is for a drink likes water almost $7. What do you think?

Do not go to this starbucks.They will give you the wrong meal and not even compensate you for their mistake. Customer service is horrible. I asked for a Turkey bacon, egg, white and cheddar cheese sandwich. It’s they gave me an impossible sandwich completely different don’t even sound the same

So I can honestly say, I’ve been going to this Starbucks for I don’t know maybe close to a decade now. They’re honestly so polite, they’re such a lively atmosphere and truthfully such a good Starbucks. I have been to my fair share of Starbucks (I’m a student who’s now in graduate school) and they seriously always so kind and they even remember you if you go often.
I have NEVER had a poor experience here. I’ve had my drink maybe redone only like twice out of a whole decade and not once has anyone been rude but rather they were more than happy to fix my drink.
I don’t know what is up with the influx of negative comments. I drive 10 minutes out my way before going to school to get this Starbucks over one that’s along the way.
The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 is because honestly it’s a little chilly in there. I’m sure they’re hot back there the way they are hustling and working hard to finish everyone’s orders and the mobile order, so I would rather be cold any day.
Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Jersey! I’ve been to many Starbucks in north Jersey, central Jersey, and south Jersey, they’re a well oiled, collaborative, and hardworking store.
