I used to like to get breakfast from this location until they started getting my order wrong. I let it slide a few times but when my bacon scrambler had sausage and my sausage biscuit was just biscuit no sausage I decided to call. I was told I should have listened to the order when it was called back. I told her I did. The receipt was correct but the order was not. She said just come back and we will replace but frankly, I didn’t really feel like it after that exchange. I didn’t go back for a few months and this morning my doggone biscuits were burnt and inedible. I’m over it, and unfortunately I don’t plan on going back.

The entire staff all took a break at the same time. And one of the guys kid all of them went outside and left me and my friend in the restaurant alone. All outside smoking. When we arrived the person who took our order was in a car with another. An. When we were left alone in store that person sat in a different car smoking. When we noticed we were the only ones in the store we immediately left.

Every time I come here, the cashiers is always rude through the drive-through. This place really needs to get their stuff together. This makes fast food not worth going to whoever manages this place is rude and doesn’t know how to pick employees. The lady on the thing sounds like a manager, you guys really need help. Couldn’t even order this morning because of an accident in the kitchen. I asked her when will y’all open and she just said we’re not open thank you how rude.

Worst Krystal ever sometimes they open sometimes they’re close. Today I went through drive through one of workers had their cars parked there so you can’t order. The other one was outside smoking. Tried to go in both door locks. This isn’t the first second or third time. Sometimes the workers have attitudes. Krystal do better

Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves. Their workers are working with no air conditioning in the building. The building is in poor condition literally the roof is leaking. You can not expect the workers to have a smile on their face when they are working in heat. The only air they have in the building is one fan in the dinning area
