Went to place a mobile order for a valentines deal. When going through the process I did not see a spot to place code for discount. Generally there are multiple pages before checkout so I figured it must be on next page. Typically app requests which card you are using for order. Order went through instead at full price, so I called to figure out how to do a refund, as there was no option to cancel order. Manager was nice and helpful, but when she said she’d call her boss to figure out refund she didnt realize she didnt hang up on me. I heard one of the employees questioning my intelligence and making fun of me for placing an order without realizing “you have so many pages before confirming order how do you mess that up?” Which yeah you typically do have multiple pages. Which is why I was confused.
People are so quick to judge and jump down someone’s throat so basic mistakes. Get this girl away from customer service. Decided I wont replace order after refund and just call it on the slim chickens in moore if this is how employees feel about their customers.

UPDATE – My wife and I visited after church today and tried a pair of new menu items.. She had the 6pc tender bites sauced and tossed in sweet red chili sauce with fries.. I sampled the new spicy tenders with mac & cheese..
We enjoyed both entrées but I want to expand on the new spicy tenders a bit.. I’m not certain, but they seem to be regular tenders tossed in a Cajun style dry rub that may have had a hint of cayenne pepper.. They certainly have a kick!!

UPDATE – I visited this Slim Chickens yesterday and discovered they removed coleslaw from the menu.. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the four-piece tenders meal with their creamy mac & cheese as the side.. Another solid performance..
UPDATE – My wife and I received free Slim’s Plates courtesy of The All-American Rejects tonight (15 July) and the food, despite the demand, was fantastic as usual!!
ORIGINAL – I honestly don’t know why I don’t dine at Slim Chickens more often..
Tonight, as with previous visits, I had a great experience..
I ordered the four tenders meal and opted for mac & cheese instead of fries.. I added coleslaw for good measure.. I nearly always select their spicy BBQ for my dipping sauce..
The tenders were delivered tableside hot, fresh, and juicy.. The tenders are lightly breaded and perfectly seasoned, which only enhances their appeal..
The mac & cheese was creamy and flavorful, and the coleslaw had just the right amount of tang to make it enjoyable..

Stopped by after an appointment in the area. I now have a favorite chicken place! The flavor puts raising canes to shame! The food was reaosonably priced and a great portion. I highly recommend the garlic parmesan as a dipping sauce. Definitely recommend and will be back.

If you want an entirely cold meal that took forever to make and costs a fortune, then you are in luck! Even the toast is cold and hard as a rock. I’d love to say this was a one time thing but it’s not. This has been the story for years at slim chickens. Seriously, I give up on this place. Do not go here, save your money. I wish they would close so we might get something better.

I love this place, go here on average once a week. Quick place to grab a bite, especially when the gentleman with a goatee and ponytail is on duty. He’s very pleasant and very fast. He’s always doing something – taking orders, delivering orders and / or clearing tables. I’d avoid going on Fridays – the 2 ladies that worked there when he’s not there would rather look at their phones than take orders. And I was not at the drive through; actually standing there at the counter.
Food is decent, price is okay for today’s standards. Overall atmosphere is pretty relaxing.

There needs to be better structure among the staff. Food is always good at slims. Service is good 99% of the time except for this time. Usually I wouldn’t leave a bad review, but this was unacceptable. I was getting my order and one of the younger Hispanic ladies started twerking mid shift in front of customers. Having fun is no problem and I probably wouldn’t have left a review if she didn’t do it in front of a child. A grown woman can do what she wants and act as degenerately as she wants to in private, but in a professional setting and not having the self awareness that she was doing it in front of a child that was at the counter is beyond unacceptable. Not saying she should be fired, but there needs to be a discussion among the staff about professionalism. I would say just her, but all the other girls were laughing and smiling and being unserious while on the clock and in front of customers. Maybe that dad, his son, and I were the only unlucky customers to see that. Nonetheless, something needs to be done about that behavior. Again, if it wasn’t in front of a child I wouldn’t have been so concerned about this. Hopefully that gets resolved. Thank you

Drive through so no atmosphere rating. Got 7 piece spicy tenders and it’s impressive how spicy they are. Didn’t know they weren’t breaded but maybe I missed a selection when ordering. But moist tenders and spicy like they meant it! If ur always disappointed with spicy fast food products, try these. I’d buy that sauce in a jar if they offered!

Great chicken. Not s hard crust and their wings are unique. For family of 4 we get 2 – 7 pieces combos. More than enough. Price is worth it. Mostly do to go. Pretty fast.

I can not give this place a positive review for the following reasons: The freshest thing was the bread. The chicken was warm, dry and over seasoned. It was obviously cooked long before I walked in the door. The fries were hot and crispy and had the greasy taste of being refried a second time. This makes people sick. It gives them food poisoning. This is not a good thing for a customer that stopped in on their road trip. I barely made it to Kansas before it hit me and my next stop required changing my pants. This is the only thing I ate on my road trip so I know what turned my stomach. No, I would not recommend this location. There were other things I noticed that gave the impression that there are lazy employees that don’t respect the management. The cups at the register were overstocked so high that the cashier had to stand on tippy toes to reach them.

I love this place. I don’t eat outside food much. But omg. Chicken and waffles are bomb and the macaroni buffalo chicken is FIRE!!! I’m gonna start making this place a ritual for at least twice a month as long as I don’t eat anywhere else.
