Got a half cheese half pepperoni large pizza for me and my daughter. We will be back.
We did get here right when they opened so there wasn’t very many people yet.

Got order wrong, forgot to bring parts of order. We had to get up and ask 3 times for the rest of our food. It’s 5p and there are no napkins??
Tables haven’t been bussed for a while. The ice was melted and condensation dried.
Parmesan at table is about to turn into blue cheese(has mold in it.)
When I went back inside, I noticed that the lunch special advert was right beside the attendant but turned away so customers couldn’t see it. It honestly felt intentional, and the attendant acted unaware when I questioned it, which was very disappointing.
On top of that, the food itself was poor. The chicken wings and barbecue sauce tasted tarty, unfresh, and unpleasant, definitely not worth the price.
Overall, between the overcharging and the poor food quality, this was a bad experience, and I won’t be returning.
My wife and I have not eaten at Palio’s for a while. We passed through Grapevine and decided to stop for lunch. My wife got a sandwich. I ordered the Hawaiian Sunrise pizza.
To sum it up, everything here at the restaurant was difficult. It was difficult to place an order. It was difficult to understand the employee. My wife’s sandwich was good. My pizza was somewhat tasty, but it was very difficult to eat. With each piece, the island (like Hawaii?) of toppings, en mass, separated from the crust with every bite. A fork and knife were useless in getting this haphazard pizza under control. It was necessary to let greasy hands do all the work.
It was necessary to go to the stingy and awkward napkin dispenser at the far end of the restaurant to retrieve additional napkins to deal with this mess of fallen toppings and greasy hands.
I then had to argue with the customer who PICKED UP MY ORDER AND WAS WALKING OUT! Mind you he didn’t speak any English either so it was another 15 minutes of convincing two people it was my order.
Eventually I received cold and old pizza, Didn’t even want it anymore after all the trouble.
If you value your money or time DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!
