What a yummy spot! They have sushi, fresh bowls, and a bunch of apps. We got the Thai chicken bowl, spicy crab bowl, and Philly roll. My sushi came a bit unrolled (no biggie), because everything was so delicious, fresh, balanced, and portion size was plenty. Will be back whenever we’re in Springfield!

Easy & quick place to get sushi-like food. Imagine a build your own sandwich place, but instead it is a sushi bowl. Super easy to order. The food is always fresh. Staff is great and it is like a cafe for seating. You order at the counter and then sit to eat. If you make your own bowl, I highly recommend with your base (rice, noodles or greens) that you add at least two veggies, at least two sauces, and then something crunchy, spicy, or tangy. This method will get you closest to a really delicious sushi roll you might order somewhere else. Although, the bowl recipes they have on the menu are great, too!

I’m very picky and love how I’m able to make my own bowl. My bf isn’t picky and really enjoys the pre-made bowl options. He really likes the sushi from here too. Definitely recommend.

Today’s service was disappointing. Usually get the same thing and when they roll it the protein that comes out the sides they just stack it on top. I always loved their no waste attitude. Today I watched them for all my family’s rolls throw the excess in the trash. They cut my roll and there was 4 pieces that had no protein in them at all. I was gonna buy a second roll since I missed out on the protein but I rather buy from somewhere else.

I didn’t go in just picked up but I always love a good tuna bowl from here! Yea it’s like 20$ for a tuna and avacado bowl with the extras but it’s so worth it and I can save half of it to eat later in the fridge. Seriously the bowl portion is huge. Also Gluten Free friendly!!

3 ✨First timers. The bowls and sushi were outstanding. We arrived with one man ahead of us ordering takeout and a seated two-top with an infant. 5 on staff (on the line), we ordered, payed and got a beverage. There were no clean tables. I wiped off a table with napkins and about then our roll came out. I commented there weren’t clean tables and was met with “yeah I know we’ve been really busy.” I get it, I was in restaurant biz for 30+ years. About 10mins later the other table left. No new orders came in. One young lady looked utterly confused when she came out and removed the trash from the table. She threw it away and went to the back of the house. That was it. We sat for about :40 mins and no one came out to clean tables. Two women chatted at the line (also restocking etc), two dudes disappeared. If you don’t want to focus on cleanliness in the front of the house, consider having a roll of paper towels and some spray we can use to clean the tables. My husband got violently ill within two hours of eating there. We believe it was his lunch, but putting this in here bc I’ve noticed another review stating they got sick. We will go back and try it again, probably just order takeout though.

I spoke to the owner who was very receptive to my review and apologetic for the experience. She was already on top of educating staff. Staff remembers the incident and accepted responsibility. I’m super pleased with this outcome! See you soon…
