Service was quick as (fast food) should be.
The atmosphere was quiet.
Had a craving for a Whopper Jr. Got to the drive through around 1pm on a Monday. There were 3 cars ahead of me that I could see. Would have been quicker to just park and walk in but a car pulled in behind me.
Got a recording, “You’re the best!’ Or something then waited to get a real person. The gal was friendly and quick giving my order to me.
Since it took so long I upgraded to a Whopper. It was t fresh or hot. And no napkins or receipt. $6.22 including tax for just the sandwich. Oh well, I ate it.
May be a long time before I get another craving for Burger King.

Drive thru, got the Whopper Wed special with cheese & bacon. When I got home, they didn’t put the bacon on which I paid extra for. No receipt, either. The sandwich was tasty tho & staff was friendly.

Did a mobile order for the drive thru. Used 400 points got a free sausage, egg & cheese croissant. The order disappeared and a message popped up to do the survey. What? Then that disappeared. So I looked in past orders and found it, #937.
I got dressed, drove in the cold and went to their speaker. Got that recording, “we’ll be right with you.” I looked at the clock it was 8:31am. Waited, and waited. There were no cars ahead or behind me. The parking lot was empty. Finally a girl came on. I said, “I have a mobile order, the number is…” She interrupted me before I could tell her what I ordered or what my name was and said, “Pull to the window.” It’s rude to interrupt people when they’re talking!
I pulled up and waited and waited. The girl never came to the window, looked like she was cleaning, she had a big white tub of something. Still no one behind me.
Eventually I saw a guy talking to her inside near the drive thru. I laid on my horn. He came to the window and I told him I had been waiting 8 minutes for my food! He claimed he had a new cook and that’s why it took so long. I said, “well can you tell me when I’ll get my food? He said, “oh, it’s right here” and handed it to me. It was 8:41am. I sarcastically said, “Thanks, Merry Christmas”.
As I drove off, I could tell when I put the bag on the passenger seat it was too heavy to be my order. By this time I just didn’t care. When I got home there were two egg and cheese croissants, neither had sausage and an order of hash browns. And no receipt.
Sigh.
I am so tired of incompetence. Your app stinks and your people just don’t have common sense.
I have had it with this location. Not going to order here anymore.
Sat at the drive thru for five minutes before someone helped me. Then when they did they just rushed me to finish my order. Never asking if there was anything else I wanted but always asking is that it?
The food came out relatively fast but they nearly forgot my pie and my drinks.
The spicy chicken sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich with hot sauce on the top of it. Not good. Not worth $6.
The Hersheys pie was delicious.
They forgot part of our kids meals.
Compare that picture to the shake from McDonald’s. For just 62 cents more the shake from McDonald’s not only is a little larger (780 calories vs. BK at 560 calories; I’m using calories to compare because neither menu gives the actual size and ounces anymore), but ends up being a better value and, you guessed it, there is whipped cream on top.
Just a note to Burger King: don’t fall victim. In our area Char-Grill has taken over at least one Burger King location and business is booming for them. Do whatever it takes to be that place I used to go for a really good value meal. For now, it’s McDonald’s and Char-Grill for me.
