Absolutely the worst Burger King. Hands down the winner. We waited for food for 20 minutes after being told to pull around. They told EVERY CAR to pull around. Everyone was waiting on their food.
The guy taking the orders was nice and trying but seemed to have no help. Other employees didnt care at all. The guy taking orders was also running them to the cars.
Ordered the spongebob meal. Why did we get half a yellow bun(not even square) and half regular stale bun they use for regular whoppers? Meat also smelled weird. They didnt even try. We do food reviews so the visuals matter. If we wanted a regular whopper, we wouldve ordered that. Health score was a C
Food was cold.
We drove 20 minutes there. Didnt realize they put half a Spongebob bun until we got home
Called back and some one answered like they were at home, “Hello?” And just got quiet. I asked to speak with the manager. She said “A manager!?” I said yes please, she said ” Hold on” and hung up. I tried to call back 10 times. No one else answered.

Adventures Fun and Food
Had lunch at Burger King Peachtree INDUSTRIAL RD Suwanee GA. ON 3/5/26. The food was hot fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and the restaurant manager was very nice and thanked us for eating lunch at BurgerKing. We ordered two whopper meals they were delicious and fresh.

I would like to highly recommend the Burger King restaurant in Suwanee on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard near to McGinnis Ferry Road (next to QT). Having not eaten at any of the fast food restaurants for a few years, I was most pleasantly surprised at the good taste and high quality of the food in this restaurant. While speaking with the owner, a nice hard-working gentleman named Brian, I learned that he prepares all of his food ingredients fresh every day. That explains why the lettuce, tomatoes, buns and burgers are so fresh and tasty, not soggy or stale like so many of the other restaurants. Additionally, they have easy access, plenty of parking, and a very nice separate play area for the children. I think that you will also be pleasantly surprised at the good food there, as was I. FYI – I have no financial interest in this restaurant, I just want to share a good restaurant with my neighbors.

Utterly disappointed with how much this place has changed. Service and food used to be impeccable but management must have changed because it is just not a pleasant experience at all anymore. Long waits for food. Everyone looks clueless. Not the same BK it used to be just a couple months ago.

Customer service is what’s going to keep me coming here. The manager especially goes above and beyond. Fries came out quick, hot, and crispy too. The play area for the kids was clean and they had a lot of fun.

I had an amazing experience with Aaron at Burger King! Not only was he incredibly friendly, but his level of service was rare to find in fast food. He greeted me with a smile, was patient with my questions, and made sure my order was just right. It’s clear that he cares about his job and the customers. Aaron truly went above and beyond, making what could have been a typical fast food visit feel special. Highly recommend this place, especially if Aaron’s working—he’s a real standout!

When I say I want my food out of the broiler that means hot and fresh and crispy. I ordered a double cheeseburger a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich neither was hot and crispy I suggest you get it right the next time oh oh I’m so sorry there won’t be a next time bye-bye Burger King. Now I’m going to have to go back and air fry everything

I just walk out from dine in, they serve us cold hard stone and very dry fries with our meal, i ask the manager kindly for fresh fries, letting her know that mine are cold hard and very dry, minutes later she gave me the freshones but uneatable, with a ton of salt in all our fries, i’m pretty sure that was on purpose, it wasn’t a coincidence.
