The service by Alec was spot on. We were greeted quickly and led to a booth. He made suggestions when asked. Timely interactions were obviously his norm as he scanned the tables to see what was needed.
The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The temperature of the food was perfect.
Loved that the staff sang the Chili’s happy birthday song while we were there.

Amazing experience! We came with our entire kids’ baseball team and their families, and they were able to accommodate all 30 of us so we could sit together. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. From the manager on duty to the supervisor, the staff was absolutely incredible and attentive. Our drinks were always refilled, the chips and salsa were constantly topped off, and everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. This was truly one of the best Chili’s locations we’ve visited!

We had dinner at Chilis tonight. Our waitress Tyler was nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. She spent time talking to us and made our meal enjoyable. The manager came by, I can’t remember her name but she was telling us about the town (we are new) she was super nice. Our food was yummy. All in all a great experience!

The food was as good as expected. The restaurant and restroom were cleaner than other Chili’s locations I have visited.
The service is what set this Chili’s apart. Our waitress was very attentive and served our food quickly and accurately. She made sure we didn’t run out of refreshments.

We had a party of 40 at Chili’s in Inverness and I have to give credit where it’s due — they absolutely crushed it.
Our server, Joaquin, was incredible. Managing a group that size is no small task, and he handled it like a pro. Orders were right, drinks stayed full, food came out timely, and he kept a great attitude the entire time. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a good experience.
Nikky, the manager on duty, was just as impressive. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes and stepped in wherever needed. Coordinating a group that big takes serious organization, and she handled it with total professionalism and calm leadership.
It’s easy to complain when things go wrong — so it’s important to recognize when a team goes above and beyond. This crew did exactly that. Highly recommend Chili’s in Inverness, especially if you’re bringing a crowd.

I love the chipotle chicken bowl!! It doesnt HAVE to be chipotle. You can get items on the side. Inverness Chilis is awesome!!! They are great with, not only the food, but with my dementia Nana!! Thank you!

I really want to like this location, because the food tastes good once you actually get what you ordered, but after two disappointing visits, I’m hesitant to return.
The Issues:
• Safety/Quality Control: During my first visit, I found a piece of plastic wrapping on top of my chicken sandwich patty. I was told the plastic wrapping bit was from when they unpackaged the patty by a manager. This is a huge red flag for kitchen safety and oversight.
• Slow Service: On my second visit, we sat for 10 minutes before a server even acknowledged us to take our drink orders. The restaurant didn’t seem busy enough to justify that kind of wait. As far as I could tell, there was only one other couple in the restaurant besides us, and multiple staff coming in and out of the back of house. The gentleman who finally did show up was named Thomas, he was working behind the bar so I suspect he was not a server, but noticed us waiting and jumped in to help out. Thomas was very nice and accommodating during our visit, unlike the rest of the front of house staff, who didn’t seem to be doing very much.
• Order Accuracy: Both times I’ve been here, the food has been incorrect. While the food itself isn’t “bad” in terms of flavor, it’s rarely what was actually requested on the menu or through modifications.
Summary:
The flavor is fine, but the execution is lacking. Between the long waits, the incorrect orders, and the debris in the food, the management at this Inverness location really needs to tighten up their operations. I would recommend taking your business to the Crystal River Chilis location, I’ve never had a bad experience there.

First time eating here and had some picky eaters with me too. I got the half rack of ribs and crispy honey chicken tenders. It was really good and everyone enjoyed their meals. I will definitely be a frequent return customer.

Meeting with a friend yesterday and was just ready to eat, so we decided to stop here and give it a shot and I must say I was impressed because it wasn’t my first choice. Waiter and I can’t remember his name but excellent customer service and even gave me great recommendation on my order. Food was great ribs could have been a tad bit longer but other than that no complaints.
