I had to repeat our order four times and still received it incorrect. Then I had the audacity to ask for salt, pepper, ketchup and napkins to which we received only salt and ketchup. When asked for the third time for napkins the gal at the window was clearly put out with such a request. With a not so subtle flipped shove of an arm out the window I received four napkins from her. You would have thought I had asked for the moon and not for what I had ordered including a few condiments. Maybe it was the change she had to go get for a $100 that threw her aback. A simple request for two #3’s with fries and Dr. Peppers along with an extra order of fries with a Dr. Pepper was entirely too much for the young lady to handle on this Monday at lunch time in North Edmond, Oklahoma. Maybe she can find herself a position somewhere she will enjoy!!!

My mango Ice Tea was just normal ice tea with no flavoring. It was also extremely bitter tasting to the point I had to throw it away. My corn dog and my wife’s order were fine.

2nd time this year, but…only 2nd time here this year. Got the burger to go, got home less than a mile cheese not melted, bun cold, burger patty not fresh. Until these 2 visits I would have put this Sonic against any restaurant it is usually exceptional but not today. Sunday afternoon, 4:30pm.

Another update on this Sonic, it’s still going downhill. I stopped by tonight. Look at the onion rings they gave me. And that’s the entire order too. It looks like someone scraped up all the bits in the bottom on the fryer. It’s disgusting anyone would actually bag that up and serve it to a customer. I’m ready to report these jokers to corporate.

Placed an order in the app for 2 drinks and a corn dog. A $4.67 check and a $2.00 tip. When the girl delivered it she had an attitude. For a near 50% tip I at least expected friendliness and a smile. Go home if you don’t want to be at work instead of ruining the reputation of the establishment you work for.

this sonic sucks big time, either they need more workers or better ones. wait time is ridiculous and you’d think everything would be correct with how long you wait but nah, got medium tots half of them were missing. i am not gonna go back because by the time i got back to work that’s when i realized. they won’t get any business from me going forward.

The fact the bread is thicker then the chicken isn’t a good thing. I mean we expected what was on the menu didn’t even get anything close. Like what the heck? One of the pieces of chicken could of given someone a Paper Cut! Well anyways not very happy. Usually wouldn’t care but if you opened up your food and saw this who wouldn’t be a little frustrated. Guess I just need to go a little further to Guthrie from now on.

Jaxson handled the most difficult customer I have ever witnessed. The customer took full advantage and had the carhop going back and forth for free drink samples. I stayed and watch Jaxson go back and forth several times with a smile still on his face, going above and beyond to satisfy this customer. The guy was still there after I finished my meal, being rude and condescending with Jaxson. It was clear the customer just wanted free stuff but this Sonic handled it like a champ!

The most disgusting Ice cream sundae I wish it was ice chunks it was not. Took unnecessarily long sat there for a good 30 mins just trying to get a sundae and some fries. Didn’t mention the ice cream was yellow- nasty could’ve just told us to order something else.

Not the best experience. The jumbo popcorn chicken was false. I got the crunchy left over that have zero chicken inside them. The manager offered me more because that is all they had…”all of our jumbo popcorn chicken is like that.” It’s unfortunate. Never asked to replace it with something else or refund my money. The order was obviously inadequate to the standards of the picture displayed on the menu. I declined more crunchy sauce bites.
