Ok so AGAIN I am shorted on our order .. ordered 2 drinks egg rolls and a jumbo jack, get home and jumbo jack not in bag ?? I’m still wondering what are we paying these workers for again at 20/hr ? Like I don’t think they are doing any better , they are doing worse now because they don’t have to try and earn a raise now, it was just given so now they don’t care .. it’s ridiculous .. let’s just let AI do it all and let the humans go AI would do a better job at this point ..ITS FAST FOOD NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND DO YOUR JOB ! This was not even a big or complicated order and the girl at the window was rude as well even when I called to let them know about missing item she just went yea? Great service and good food. Clean restrooms and amenities. What more to ask for! That’s all we want right?!?!?!? Don’t forget there is a movie theatre right next to it so you can sneak tacos into the theatre and watch Venom.

Drive through associate must’ve been having a bad day, she was extremely rude – yelled at me through the drive thru box because she “couldn’t hear me” then proceeded to give me a nasty attitude while taking the rest of my order. Please properly train your employees on what good customer service is. I’m sure there’s much better candidates that can out perform her and her nasty personality.

Normally I love this place but on Thursday night went around 11pm to get some food. Went to the window to pay he gave me my card back then said he accidentally charged an extra meal on the card. Asked if we can get refunded or what can he do. He said there’s nothing he can do at the moment but to come back the next day and there manger will figure it out. He gave me a napkin to write my name down. When I got home not only did they charge me for an extra meal I was missing a meal I ordered. So the next day I go back to see like the employee told me and the guy working there told me because my name was not written down on the paper that he had there was nothing he could do for me. I did write my name down on the napkin that the previous employee gave me. How was I supposed to know that there’s a certain sheet! Asked to speak to the manger and he told me he’s on his break and basically nothing he can do. So frustrating not only did they charge me for an extra meal I never got the meal I paid for.
