The location made it easy to find. It was lunchtime and not very busy. The atmosphere was clean and well themed with seafood decor. We ordered the sweet tea and it wasn’t what we expected but before we left our waitress brought us out some fresh sweet tea and it was delicious. This restaurant offers monthly specials. I ordered the shrimp basket with cajun fries/ curly fries. My friend ordered the shrimp and crab legs seafood boil with mixed sauce hot. We were both pleased with our meals and service. The music kept us singing and eating lol Our overall experience was great!

Tried this place for the first time recently and thought it was pretty good. I was expecting a buffet type restaurant and it was not. The alligator bites were awesome and I tried their shrimp gumbo which was delicious, it was a little spicy but still good. The only disappointment with this place was the fact that we had to pay for hush puppies. Most seafood places bring them to you for free and they are made from cornmeal so they are not sweet hush puppies but still good. The sauce that came with the alligator bites was to die for I think I just want to go back for the sauce. Haha. I would still recommend trying this place out for sure.

The AC was not working properly and it affected our overall experience. The hushpuppies were not cooked properly and still had gooey, wet batter in the middle. The strawberry margarita was disgusting. It tasted like an old mix without any alcohol included. Both items were sent back. We ordered two shrimp and sausage boils, one with egg, and a flounder and shrimp special. I ordered the garlic butter seasoning and the boil was so bland I could only eat the sausage. We took a few bites of our food then decided to leave because it was hot. I added old bay seasoning to my boil before eating it at home. The restaurant didn’t have any gluten-free seasoning options.

I had a great experience at Let’s Crab! I ordered the gator and wow—it was fresh, tender, and full of flavor. Definitely one of the better gator dishes I’ve had. We also went with the butter garlic seasoning, and let me tell you, it was real good. Rich, savory, and packed with flavor. The food came out hot and well-seasoned, and everything tasted super fresh. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re into bold flavors and quality seafood.

My family and I dined here after a trip to Carowinds. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was quiet and clean. The only issue was they forgot to add an item to my seafood broil, however, they immediately corrected the mistake. The food was piping hot, it could have been a bit more flavorful, but other than that we enjoyed our time and will definitely come back whenever we are in the area!

The past few visits have been really good. This trip, my crabs were not done very well. Too soft and stuck in the shell. My wife’s were OK. Service is usually very quick and the order comes out very quickly too. I still like it but this trip fell short.

I didn’t get to take pictures/ videos of everything my family and I had here, but this is one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve ever been to. I tried gator for the first time as well and it was amazing!! All of the food we had was seasoned to perfection and great portions for your money. I think their prices are extremely affordable as well…. Only thing I disliked was the strawberry margarita. It tasted like juice with no alcohol. I decide to still give 5 stars because the food was amazing!

I have been wanting to go for a while and had a great time! This is the best Seafood price per portion I have had since I have been in the Carolinas hands down.
Our waitress Alexa was super honest with the recommendations and very helpful with helping is narrow down our selection.
We ordered King Crab, Snow Crab, Hush puppies and Onion Rings. The sauces made each dish taste great.
I will definitely be going back.

Wow, the customer service here is awesome. We had a baby shower here yesterday and it was not small. They were very accommodating,
they allowed us to completely transform a Semi private dinning area, completely decorate it. We were there for hours. Between setting up and celebrating to taking everything down. We had the worlds best Hostess April she was friendly, professional, very upbeat , just a great natured person. Everyone’s food was perfect, she kept the drinks coming, she completely went above and beyond. The manager came in and engaged with the family, she played with the children,
Shared some Laughs. They didn’t want us to clean up however we didn’t listen and did it anyway lol. The food here is delicious and affordable, their Shrimp basket is awesome. They care about their customers satisfaction. I am so happy with Let’s Crab that my family and myself vowed to make this a regular family favorite. Thank You so much for helping to make the Nelson baby shower a huge success.
