Pulled up to order and was asked to wait. For 10 minutes. Ordered first item and was immediately told to pull up. Had to say we had more to order. Then asked to wait 5 more minutes. Then when we ordered the 2nd item we were told it would be 15 to 20 minutes for dark meat. It’s 6:45 on a Friday and you don’t have basic things ready?

Came to this bojangles expecting a pleasant lunch during my break but instead i waa met with hostility. i ordered my food with no issues but when i went to ask for my receipt (after they threw all the printed ones on the ground from the machine) i was asked if i had gotten my food. I told the woman ‘no’ and she said “then you’re gonna wait for your receipt with your food” with an unbelievable amount of sass. Afterwards i backed off after saying whatever, and walked away. moments after, i hear them in the kitchen talking directly about me while my food is being prepped. i let them say whatever they wanted because it’s clear to me i will never be returning here again but once my food arrived, the same woman goes “make sure he gets his receipt” in a snide manner. i said out loud that i got it. 1/10 experience, dont waste your time or money at this location

I knew I should have asked for fresh food!
I went this morning, 8/12/24 around 7:40am, and ordered two chicken biscuits and two bacon egg and cheese biscuits. I was the only one in the line. I pulled around to the windows and noticed there was already a bag sitting there, I thought, that can’t already be my food. I paid $18.00 for the 4 biscuits and she handed me that bag. When I got to work I opened the bag and both chicken biscuits were burnt, crispy and the chicken was very thin. I ate what I could as I didn’t have time to go back and have them replaced. My coworker said the bacon egg and cheese biscuits were ok. Man, I REALLY wanted a plump, juicy Bojangles chicken biscuit this morning, haven’t had one in a very long time but, this was a disappointment.

Dined in on a Friday evening around 8pm. There was a car in the drive thru but no one in the dining room. We were greeted and ordered with out a wait. The food bar wasn’t open so everything was prepared in the kitchen. They were out of unsweet tea and diet Pepsi. The order didn’t take long, chicken strips were hot but the fries weren’t fresh or hot. The fried chicken breast was good. Bo-berry biscuits were hot. The service was decent and the cashier pleasant. The dining room looked clean but the foyer entrance hadn’t been swept or cleaned recently. About what you would expect for fast food.

Food is ok sometimes it may be hot and sometimes cold. Most of the people that take your order act like they could care less about taking your order. They will give you your food and when you say thank you they just turn.and walk away.

Bojangles consistently puts their drive-thru timer ahead of actual customer service. I get that complex orders can take a little longer, and they may want to move faster orders through quickly. But asking people to pull forward and park when there’s no one behind them is just inflating their numbers. It doesn’t help the customer.

No matter how simple my order is, I’m always told to park. Last time, they asked me to pull into a handicap spot next to a police car. I said no, so they had me circle the building and park in an online pickup spot. The employee was already standing there with my food, which made the whole thing feel pointless.

Today, the cashier said, “Can you park?” I asked where and did what he said. I then sat and watched car after car get their food while I waited. After ten minutes, someone came out with someone else’s order, so I asked about mine. The employee asked what I got, so I listed a couple of items, thinking they would check my ticket inside. Five minutes later, she came back with only those two items. No one had actually looked up my full order. I had to then wait for the rest.

I’ve even tried using the mobile app, thinking it might be smoother. Instead, I waited forever, only to go inside and find my order had just been sitting there. When I finally got to the car, I saw the biscuit was missing the egg, and the gravy biscuit had been packed vertically, which made a mess. I brought it back in and mentioned the missing egg. I asked if I could just keep the messed up one since I’d already waited, but they threw it out and made me wait again for a replacement.

This is my review I left on yelp a couple months ago: My boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich and we didn’t realize til the end that the bread was moldy. The lady who took our order had a nasty attitude and the staff were arguing pretty loud in both the back and front of house as well.

This location has the absolute rudest workers I’ve ever seen n my life! Do yourself a favor and drive across town to the other location near Exit 5. Their manager is the best! The employees r so much nicer too.
