A must-stop! Vienna Beef is hands down one of the best food truck experiences we’ve ever had. The owner is so kind (she even gives out Otter Pops while you wait!) and the food is absolutely unbelievable. I don’t normally eat hot dogs, but this one completely changed my mind—it was that good.
They also offer gluten-free buns, which makes it even better. Between the warm hospitality, fun touches, and incredible food, this place is a gem. We’re already planning our next visit!

Stopped here in late September. Tasty Chicago dogs in Gardiner. Quick and friendly service, with fair prices. Justine is efficient and extremely kind. Great food truck to grab a quick lunch or dinner (in season) after exploring Yellowstone. Would not hesitate to eat here again.

So glad we decided to eat here! Justine was very inviting and friendly. We had the chili cheese dogs and weren’t disappointed. The chili tasted amazing, as well as the dogs. It was kind of hot outside and she offered us free frozen popsicles, an added bonus. The prices were great compared to other places in Gardiner. We can’t wait to return to try the rest of the menu. Thanks Justine for a great lunch and an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the best hot dog I’ve ever had. Was it because it was my first time trying a Chicago dog? Maybe. Was it because while I was waiting I was surrounded by Miss Justine’s children and grandchildren who were having a blast? Possibly. Or was it because I just finished a disappointingly awful trout fishing experience and Miss Justine single-handedly turned my day around with her kindness and charm? Who can say? All I know is that next time this North Carolinian finds himself in Montana, he’s getting a dawg.

Unironically the best restaurant in Gardiner. Exactly what you expect the food to taste like and actually a good value… which is rare for the area! Absolutely the best place to get a hotdog or a sandwich!

We loved it so much last year that we came back from Switzerland to Yellowstone and to Justine’s of course. The view of Electric Peak is superb, the hot dogs are delicious!

Should really update there hours cause we drove an hour Sunday for the dawgs bellies grumblin and swung by again Tuesday to the windows shut in our faces… again!
Justine if ur out there, from one ol broad to another I hope your alright! Hope to get one of ur digs someday
