Love Humble Burger’s new location in Downtown Moscow! Clean interior with plenty of seating – even a few place outside! I love that people can watch the food being made, and the staff is so friendly! Limited menu, but it’s so hearty and they cater to those who are GF! I wish they had more conventional drinks (Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc), but the food itself surpasses my complaints about drinks! Hefty and filling and they even have a punch card for items you know you’re going to order again and again! The meat, I believe, is locally sourced too. Excellent establishment!

Humble Burger is one of those spots that’s unique and fun to visit. Most burgers are fairly similar, but HB manages to make theirs stand out just a bit more. The burgers are tasty and have been consistently good for years. The fries could use a little improvement—perhaps a touch crispier—but that’s a minor quibble.
The atmosphere is lively, which I usually enjoy, but the music volume is completely out of hand. On my last visit, it was so loud that you couldn’t hear someone across the table. I even mentioned it to the manager or owner. At first, I politely asked if they could turn it down, pointing out that nobody was listening to it. He responded by asking, “What did you say?”
So I leaned closer and repeated myself: “Your music is way too loud—nobody’s listening, can’t you see everyone is yelling at each other? You don’t need the music at all.” He still asked, “What did you say?”—yes, again. That’s how absurdly loud it was.
This perfectly illustrates my point: music in restaurants should be just barely audible, enough to enhance the atmosphere but not fight with conversation. At Humble Burger, it often overpowers the experience, which is a shame because the food and vibe are otherwise great.
Overall, Humble Burger is a fun, tasty spot—but I hope they finally realize that nobody enjoys shouting to be heard over the music.

Small, local, wonderful place to get a tasty smashed burger. Prices were very reasonable and my food came out fast. Both the burger and fries were enjoyable. I can see why this place gets great reviews. If I lived in Moscow locally, this would be in my regular rotation!

Flavors burst in every bite. From the sauce to the fresh ingredients, everything is packed with flavor. I didn’t even ask how it’s topped and just took the Humble Burger as it came. I’m glad I did.
Even the fries had a zesty taste of seasoning and were the perfect cut of crispness.
Be sure you try some of their house-made beverages. I enjoyed the lemon-ginger sparkling aide which was refreshing.

The morsels were delectable, simplistic burgers but done in a way that could only be described as: divine. I believe the milkshakes were something to behold, the combination of sapor and viscous texture was a delight. The catering crew were exquisite and Humble haha . Finally the ambience was one to cherish. I couldn’t find a complaint for this eatery. 11/10

I’ve eaten here probably around 20-25 times. Food was always delicious. This was the spot I went to when I needed a great burger. Staff was always awesome And I loved what you guys do for the community for the passing along a free burger to someone in need. However, the last two times I have eaten here the burger was beyond well-done but somehow cold when I received it, the chicken nuggets were absolutely disgusting. I thought maybe it was just a fluke even that I could forgive because this was by far my favorite burger place in the area. So I decided to give it another chance, and it was worse than before. I actually threw the chicken nuggets away because they were so over cooked I wouldn’t have fed them to a dog. The burger sat on the flat top way too long, then I watched as it sit on the counter before going to my tray for over 5 minutes. The result of these two events have made me unwilling to go there again unless there is a serious change. Which is unfortunate because I used to sing Humble Burgers praises to my friends and family and unfortunately one pregnant girlfriends utter disappointment later as well as mine, Ive stopped going here. Giving this place two stars 100% because of the nostalgia I feel for Humble Burger from back when it was on First Street.

We found this restaurant online and decided to try it. We had a little trouble finding it using Google maps. The outside is very appealing. The inside was okay. We ordered a #1 Humble burger with fries and lemonade. It comes with special sauce. We tried the fry sauce and the ranch dressing with the fries. The ranch dressing was really good as was the fry sauce. The burger was good too. The lemonade was strong but good. The only problem was that the drink was to small.

Great little burger place in Moscow. I didn’t get the sauce on my burger so can’t report on that. We ordered a smash burger with cheese, a double smash with bacon, a shake, and fries. Burgers were very salty which is probably why they were so tasty.
