There was no cashier and the guy that I believe was the manager was more worried about the drive-thru and the door dash order then helping the customers in the dining room. Several customers left after being there and not receiving any help. I will not be going back to the location on Lakeshore.

I seen the KFC honey BBQ wing ding commercial so I went to the on 260th & Euclid they where closed @7′:30 so I went 2 the 1 further up lakeshore they didn’t have them only had the suace & spicey wings they could of added on the side I wanted a lot & different kinds of pieces of chicken they only have nugget’s & sandwiches I went thru the drive thru 3 times just 2 get a understanding BC the inside was closed bought a 6 piece but they wasn’t honey BBQ they where plan spicey he end up saucing them 4 me which he could of did from the beginning bad SERVICE I will be contacting cooperate about this said they where private owners I will privately keep my money it want b a next Time

Good value for your money. fast service via drive thru. Chicken had the taste that I remember back in the 60s at the one in Corbin, Kentucky commuting home as a kid with my dad from the south. Left item out of my order, so I called and they said “sure, come get it”, I said I would get a refund the next day. Went to store and because I used an app, I was told I had to do everything online. I filed a complaint with corporate and was promised a call. Nothing. It’s been a week.

Always good service & food is always hot . I normally go to the drive thru but I have gone inside a few times. It’s usually clean inside besides the bathroom. That the only thing I can say negative about this place is that the restroom is kinda nasty which is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars overall.

I love the interior of this KFC. I don’t eat chicken but based on my families numerous visits its cooked well and tasty. All the sides I’ve experienced, like macaroni, mashed potatoes, and secret recipe fries are great if I say so myself. Can’t forget the chocolate chip cookies perfect way to finish a meal.

Terrible service whenever the guy is has a very nasty attitude. Just recently, we were in the drive thru at 10:40 (they open at 10am) no one said a word to us. We sat there for 15 minutes and left.

I got a famous bowl from there and the chicken pieces had no chicken in them. All tiny pieces of breading. I shared it with my son and I didn’t even want to eat the chicken but he did and it sounded like he was eating potato chips.

The worker was very sweet, I had the app couldn’t use it, and had an online deal only. But had half cash and half card. But you can only pay on app. She gave me deal anyways and had a small discount. Very sweet girl, everyone was nice. Don’t usually go here, but was glad I did that day.

The Cornel would be spinning in his grave if he seen this place. 1st off got my order wrong, second chicken was over done, and was also the portions are getting smaller. Attached photo is 2 separate pieces in my 12 piece dinner. Look more like wings from the corner bar.
