We had an amazing experience at Crab De Jour. I ordered the seafood boil and my daughter had the lobster tacos — both were absolutely delicious. We also tried the fried pickles and they were so good! The portion sizes were generous, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant itself is nice and well maintained. The bathrooms could use a little more attention, but nothing major.
The menu mentioned a 15% gratuity would be added automatically, but it wasn’t on our bill — which was completely fine. I added the tip when I paid. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Don’t like the 15% gratuity added to the bill, food was salty, they messed up the food, Took the food back, rinse the food off and re served the food to us. The bathrooms are disgusting. You can’t flush the tissue down the toilet, which means you have to put the tissue in the garbage can. How disgusting. This place, kind of put you in the mindset of wayward Pines. I would never go back here.

I recently visited Crab Du Jour and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, the service was terrible. We had to ask multiple times just to get service plates, and even after our food arrived, we waited over 15 minutes with no follow-up.
We requested three different meals, and each time the server disappeared for about 10 minutes, only to return and tell us, “That one is not available.” At one point, we asked to have a dish reheated—something that should take only a few minutes. He told us it would be done in 5 minutes, but instead it took 30 minutes, and he was nowhere to be found on the floor.
When the manager finally came by and asked, “Are you guys OK?” we explained the situation. His response made things even worse—he said the server takes about 10 minutes just to walk to the kitchen and another 10 minutes to come back. That explanation alone shows how poorly this place is run.
The entire experience completely ruined our night out. To make it worse, they forced a 15% service charge onto the bill for service that didn’t exist in the first place.
I’m extremely disappointed and would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. This place seriously needs improvement in service, management, and overall professionalism.

My, mother, cousin and daughter went Friday January the 2nd. Come Saturday my cousin was sick, then Sunday my daughter got sick and Monday I was sick. We all were vomiting and had diarrhea. Me, my daughter and cousin all had a seafood bag with crab, shrimp, sausage, broccoli, corn and potatoes. My mother was not sick she only had flounder. It’s Wednesday and my daughter is still sick. Don’t eat from this place. Something about the food was not right.

Our first time here, Melissa was our server, she was super friendly. Our food came out pretty fast and it was good. We made our own bag, and our son had seafood pasta. Both were delicious. Glad we found Crab Du Jour.

Great place for a seafood boil! Reasonable pricing for seafood and tasty options to customize your seasoning and spice levels. Server was really good and not only explaining the menu but also sharing feedback from other customers which helped when narrowing down the many options.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! They add a 15% gratuity to all checks irregularities of size. This makes the wait staff less than attentive and the service just downright sucks. Food had no flavor and just wasn’t good. Red Lobster would probably be a better option and they suck. The only good thing about this place, it’s clean. Hopefully whoever takes over when this place fails will do better.
