How hard is to follow directions from an online order. Paid for a chicken/steak burrito the chicken is no where to be found and 1 piece of steak was found. A toddler could’ve wrapped this better. Do better, if you aren’t happy with your job go somewhere else. We are paying for this, the food its not free.

The serving sizes at this store are comical. You’re better off going to Moe’s or the Chipotle on the Carlisle Pike if it’s not too far of a drive for you. Not to mention the customer service is severely lacking. No hellos, your welcomes, and the refuse to give you the time of day if you have a issue with your order. They have gotten better with cleanliness, but it’s rare you find a table that clearly hasn’t been wiped down all day.

This Chipotle is so bad that even though it’s 2 minutes away, I usually drive 20 minutes to the Mechanicsburg Chipotle. Unfortunately today I came here. They were nearly out of rice, chicken, and guacamole. Instead of getting more, I was given half servings, if even that. The bowl ended up being so skimpy despite getting rice, beans, meat, 2 salsas, corn, sour cream, cheese, and guac. I usually have enough left over to take home but this bowl started with less than I usually have left. However, managed to get a disgusting amount of sour cream. They are ALWAYS out of fajita veggies. The place is also incredibly unclean. The trash cans were overflowing and there was soda in the fork container.

The food was great and the girl making our bowls was friendly, polite, and gave us good portion sizes. However, most of the other employees were simply standing around and not doing too much else. I understand it wasn’t very busy when we came in, but some tables and areas in the store were in visible need of cleaning. When it was time to check out, the girl at the register didn’t say a word when i was having trouble with the card reader. Then after I finished paying, she didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt and ripped it in half and threw it away. They were also completely out of forks and had spoons and knives in the fork holders.

THE CREW RIGHT NOW IS AWESOME. Shoutout to the hardworking workers on 2/26/26 . Them boys and gyals were hooking me, my friend, and all the other blue collar late nighters UP, till the clock struck 10. It was around 930 and there was a long line waiting for chicken, unlike most places, these peeps immediately prepped and cooked a new batch of chicken in front of our very eyes. Muchas gracias. Especially love the dude that was working the 8 am to the 11:30 pm shift – guy is an absolute saint and demonstration of resilience and discipline – MAJOR respect bro ✊✊. Seriously though the staff right now for the Carlisle chipotle is amazing and I’m super happy I’m witnessing it. There are a few iffy workers here and there but that happens everywhere and honestly I think Chipotle is hiring the right people and I am profoundly grateful for this blessing to hit my home town and to give me a solid option when it comes to filling my empty, end-of-the-day stomach. Thank you Jesus (Also one of the workers sometimes BUMPS dat Lil Baby on the party box speaker, and ya; it’s fire.

This place needs to close . I spent over $75 for a group meal. They sent us old food burnt chicken from from idk how many days ago and Crunchy uncooked rice . Just horrible, nothing was edible.

I go here all the time and i hate leaving a bad comment but damn they need to stop serving old guacamole, the taste is nasty. I gave the benefits of the doubt to buy it and when i arrive home my wife was so mad i bought it looking like that. They charge $2.75 smh. They need to get trained on how to cover or keep the guacamole green and to have someone taste it before selling it, it taste weird nothing like guacamole.

My partner and I come here often and are usually met with decent service and food. Today, after an unfortunate bag incident , KJ, Kyla, Kendrick, and Ashley (as well as the rest of the team) met us with great flexibility, understanding, and service, quickly remaking our order and exceeding our expectations. Once again, a very disappointing family experience at your local Carlisle Chipotle! Burrito bowls are again half filled, staff is unfriendly, and I waited for 25 min. past my pick-up time for the food. I tried to call the store and there is only an automated system that answers and your ONLY option is to place an order. The owner is an absent tee owner, I have never seen anyone there working that’s older than 20, and based on the above and the fact that you cannot talk to a live person when you call, they could care less about you or the quality of the food they are serving. Save yourself the time, money and frustration!!!
