We ordered two meals (at 2:33 pm): a 3 piece chicken combo and a 2 piece chicken combo and it was the absolute worst. The fries and chicken were old and inedible. Everything looked as if it were cooked the day before and reheated and sold the next day. We paid $22.11 for food we could not eat and if we lived in Manning, we would have returned it to the restaurant. A manager or better yet, the restaurant owner needs to be aware of the poor quality food being served to customers. This has been one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who took our order and the employee who gave us our food at the window were very nice and gave great customer service. The food was just awful.

My husband, daughter and I were passing through on the way to a job site and are not locals of the area. My husband owns and operates a licensed construction and remodeling business, and we were on a tight schedule.
The drive-thru line was extremely long, so my husband, daughter, and I went inside to place our TO-GO order, which was clearly communicated to the cashier. After ordering, we waited well over 30 minutes while multiple customers who ordered after us received their orders and left.
We checked with the front cashier several times regarding our order and were repeatedly ignored or brushed off. When my husband asked for a refund, there was no explanation or apology, only attitude. When we eventually received our order, it was incorrectly served on a dine-in tray. When my husband reminded the cashier that our order was to-go and asked for a bag, she was openly rude in her response.
To make matters worse, we later realized we were charged for four meals when we only ordered three.
Delays happen, but ignoring customers, providing zero communication, displaying rude behavior, and overcharging is unacceptable. This was by far the worst fast-food experience we’ve had, and we will not be returning.

Take out and Drive Thru. Thank you Latoya and Jennifer for always having a smile with service even when it’s extremely cold. Along with all the other employees working who have been respecteful along with patience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits or lives near Santee SC.

Honestly I can see why y’all have a 3.8 star,it makes no sense how the older lady at the drive through window talk. I ordered two meals with a coffee and sprite,she didn’t repeat back my order all she said was pull up,so I did. I paid for my order and she gave me two sprites,I told her it was supposed to be a coffee and sprite. She walked away and said “she didn’t say that.” And I assume some other slick words because the workers are looking at me through the window. If your going to be rude at least get my order right and serve hot food

Just picked up a BLT chicken sandwich combo for my hubby and a 5 pcs tender combo for myself. All of our chicken was dried out and tough, the fries too. Our dogs got most of it. I requested a side of cole slaw, but it wasn’t in the bag. Sad

I have been craving and craving fried chicken. That is unusual for me because I very rarely eat fried foods. I must say that I have been to Hardees many times within the last 2 months and they have not let me down! The chicken is cooked just right. Crispy outside and moist and juicy in the inside.

This was THEE absolute worst Hardee’s experience. Stopped by for a 3-piece tender and got 2 chicken nugget-sized, hard as a rock chicken balls. Then I order a super star and it was over charred and cold. The manager was inexperienced and slow. It took a total of 50 minutes for the mobile order to be complete. There was no apology, no one asked what condiments were needed. All this food was horrible and leaves a sour taste in my mouth for Hardee’s.

We come here about every Sunday for dinner. Lately they have let us down. Skimping on the chicken and cold fries. If you go through the drive through check your order before you leave they get a lot wrong. This is old chicken and supposed to be a breast and thigh. It was dry like it had been there all afternoon. Definitely not fresh.
