Wow the owners of Catch opened up a great new restaurant. We came to their soft opening. Everything was delicious. The service is great!!! The restaurant is small but didn’t feel very tight. Great vibes.

Voyce was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was perfect for me and my guest. The server, Jen was very good! She gave us a run down of specials and was very prompt. The meals came out hot and the presentation was outstanding! The meals were tasty, and made my taste buds wanting more! The staff was courteous and considerate. Asia was very helpful. Chef Rhodes thanked us for coming in and invited us back! Such a nice touch from the Master Chef! I will definitely be back!

Our first time at Voyce Bistro and it did not disappoint! From the chef to Jennifer our server everything was just wonderful! I highly recommend checking it out and if you ever ate at Catch this restaurant is owned by Mr. Keith Rhodes who is very well known in the Wilmington area and has done a beautiful job with his latest restaurant.

Chef Rhodes is that guy. Dare I say, best meal I’ve had in Wilmington so far. Carefully crafted menu with LOCALLY sourced ingredients. The flavors were incredible. The meal was comforting and the atmosphere was intimate. Such a kind wait staff as well.

Delighted to have been able to make on-the-spot reservations on a very cold evening in this cozy/upscale restaurant. Despite not having a beer/wine license as yet (didn’t care—it’s Dry January!) it was a pleasurable experience. We started with the NC-style chowder—perfect to warm us up! Reminded us a bit of a Manhattan Clam Chowder except definitely more flavorful, fresh-tasting and the right amount of spice. Our main courses: Hubby went with the Tempura Lobster Tail and I had the Thai Steak with Frittes. Both absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious (we moved here from a small lobster fishing village in Maine—never had lobster prepared this way!). Both served in an acceptable portion size—not overwhelming but not stingy either. Our server, Jen, was informative, attentive but not annoying! It’s not really a place for a large party—six would could be accommodated for sure but a tight fit. Will definitely make a return visit.

This was our first time eating at Voyce Bistro. We had Baked Salmon Bites appetizer, and the Oyster Roll and NC Fish Sandwich. If you want good seafood at a reasonable price, you should check out Voyce on Market St here in downtown Wilmington.
