The delivery driver that drives a big truck with a JETS PIZZA flag in the bed and a glowing JETS PIZZA car top sign was flying down an apartment complex road and then was following so close to the vehicle in front of them being so rude… There’s deer and kids out here all time so there’s something that needs to be said! You’re a walking advertisement for the place you work at and you’re still out here being an awful driver!

My grandma tried to surprise me with Jetz Pizza, but the experience was a frustrating mess. The order magically vanished from her bank account, yet the charge remained – a clear system failure. To make matters worse, two male employees were incredibly rude and dismissive, offering zero help. It was only through the persistent efforts of a female staff member, who went above and beyond, that we even began to resolve this mess. While I appreciate the one employee’s effort, the overall lack of accountability and the appalling customer service from others is unacceptable. This experience has definitely left a sour taste.

Every time I call to order they are rude on the phone. They brought us our order, which was a large order, they messed up the salads and the lettuce was brown and nasty. They put beets and feta on the salad when I asked for there Garden salad. They just seem very unorganized.

The manager Sam accused me of being a liar after telling her I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with no bacon and there was bacon on my pizza. I ordered delivery because I did not have a vehicle and she said that she hand made the pizza and that I couldn’t get a refund only my pizza remade. And guess what not remade and brought to me because I have no vehicle, she told me I had to bring it and show her the bacon then she would remake it. Look at these photos and look at all that bacon. I will never be returning to this location because the manager does not know how to treat customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

We love the pizza, but seem to be getting ripped off. At least the last 5-7 orders we have requested and paid for extra pepperoni. Every time we get the pizza we are disappointed with the amount of pepperoni. Today’s order we ordered half regular and half extra pepperoni to see the difference. Please tell me if you can tell the difference! We are going to address this with the individual store and will update this review.

Second time I have been screwed by this jets ., First time my order was literally 2 hours late where I had to go get my son something else to eat because they didn’t show for so long, then I denied the order because like I said I had to go out and find something else to eat. Then tonight my bf and I just got home from a 2 day road trip with no food in the house, so we ordered 2 Italian Deli boats. This is what arrived. No lettuce, no tomato, no Italian dressing , a few pieces of meat and cheese ..With marinara?? Sooo disappointing.. please avoid this location.

I give them 2 stars because the pizza isn’t discussing and the store is clean and the staff are friendly. It just seems like the quality of food no matter where you go the last year or two has substantially gone down the tubes. When I order a pizza and I pay for extra toppings I expect to get the toppings that I paid for. Me and a couple friends ordered a large pizza with pepperoni mushroom green pepper and bacon. As you can see by the largest slice out of the large pizza there is barely any toppings on it. The only real toppings you can actually see is the pepperoni and even the pepperoni is scarce it looks like a frozen pizza. And why would a pizza shop dice their vegetables up in little tiny cubes the way that they’re doing now I’ll tell you why because they can skimp on toppings and not give you nearly as much as what you’re paying for. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from Jets anymore my hard-earned inflated dollars can go further somewhere else

If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. Very rude, arrogant , racist, mean employees. I went there to get food for my pregnant wife, I politely asked the cashier to get some details on the menu. This cashier frown his face along with everyone in there. I know it’s because I’m not white. They didn’t want me in there anyway. He rudely told me “whatever is on there is what they have” he obviously didn’t want to take his time to explain things to me. These guys need a good training on not to not to racially profile customers. Treat all customers as if they were like you!
