The dude behind the counter didn’t really want to be there. One if the things I love about Scooters is how happy the works are there. They talk to you and make you smile and the entire experience is very nice. This place was inside a hospital and it was clear that dude wasn’t happy about his job.

This Scooter’s is NOT a kiosk despite the pictures it is INSIDE a hospital. Scooters should remove the kiosk pictures from this post as it is very confusing. Coffee was good and was typical Scooter’s coffee. I just wasn’t expecting to go inside a hospital.

Very rude woman here on December 11, 2025. She really should not be in a customer service type job if she is that miserable. Will not go back and nothing comes out the way they’re supposed to. The mocha candy cane forest blender was so light in color and barely sweet at all. Waste of money and time going here.

UPDATE: They responded to my previous post to try to show everyone that they care about customer service by saying reach out to them via their website and they’ll look into it. That’s total bullshit. I reached out to them once again, which was the third time now and they do NOTHING. They don’t even reply, per usual. My fiance was just in the hospital again this past week but I refused to get anything at the scooters inside the hospital that he was in, just out of pure principal because they don’t deserve my money ever again. This is is WORST excuse for a business I have ever seen. Look at the low 3.4 star rating. That says it all. They don’t care at all about loyal repeat customers. They only want new customers that don’t know how bad they are yet, so they can get their initial money. Go to Starbucks instead, people. Here’s my original post… I love their sugar free Carmelicious’ but when I was there 2 weeks ago, the heavyset employee made my drinks very runny like water. No whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on the top either like you usually made them before. I told the other employee about it but she said it’s because she made all 3 at once. Wouldn’t that make them thicker than and not thinner in consistency? So I wrote the company twice and told them about the situation and they never even responded. Apparently this company, like many others these days, doesn’t care about the customer’s experience enough to do anything about it. Nobody cares about anything these days. No integrity!

Stay away!!! Worst Scooters experience. Two girls working 6/23 were so rude. I couldn’t see names because they weren’t wearing proper name tags. Never even acknowledged us as we were saying thank you. My coffee tasted burnt also. 8 people just visited for over $60 in purchases and you won’t have to worry about us coming back. Corporate if you would like to contact me back with the message I already left on your answering machine at corporate headquarters that would be great. I could give you my info so you can see how much of a loyal customer you are losing. This is also the exact reason I leave my cash tip in my pocket because of servers like this. I’ll tip at the end of service deserves it and they didn’t get another penny out of me because of their negative attitudes. You could barely hear them, they never even smiled at anyone.
Customer behind us gave them the creamer container that was sitting out with the condiments for Scooters customers and told them they needed to clean it because it was nasty and had them put cream in his cup from behind the counter and they never wiped the container off after he left.
I’ll stick to Dutch Bros and 7 Brew.

There is no experience. You google coffee. It gives you directions to the place inside the hospital. You walk in and the unpleasant male behind the desk doesn’t allow you to get coffee. You have to work there or be on your death bed to get coffee.. pretty sad. I guess I didn’t read that it’s not open to the public. Sucks

It is 7.30pm and there is nobody serving at the counter. They are supposed to closed at 8pm. This is ridiculous
Another night, and they leave a note saying they are restocking and coming back at 7.45… they closed at 8pm, it is really an inconvenient when those that need coffee can’t get it. Please, your products are amazing, but the service ruins it all!!!

By far is confirmed the worst Scooters there is. I’ve noticed is certain employees that close 15 minutes early for their convenience. They don’t care about the Night Shift in this place. Lazy as they can be. Some of them actually work. But the girl that was tonight makes it a habit to close early without giving a reason. You want good service? Go to the one in Lehigh.

The fact that these people decides to close randomly putting a sticky note that just says: “Closed for today” tells you a lot about how unprofessional this location is.
Turning off everything 15 minutes before closing and basically forgetting the Night Crew and people heading out the hospital, it’s just not right. I understand they want to leave on time and taking orders at that time it’s inconvenient, but the business says it’s open until 8:00 pm, not 7:45. This is a regular thing with them. And it looks like it will never be fixed.
