Don’t ever go to the Tim Hortons in Flat Rock. My niece went in to order. I usually get a Chai Latte but I was thirsty and didn’t want to wait for it to cool down. My niece called me and I asked what sodas did they have. She said it looked like they had root beer and sprite and an orange soda. Wrong! None of those were available. Ok, what about Coke? Only had Diet Coke. That’s a no-go. Said to get a sweet tea. They also didn’t have the salted caramel cookies! They did have the apple fritter so we got that. When my niece came out with our order we tried our drinks. My tea was strong and bitter and wasn’t sweet at all. We even tried putting like 9 packets of sugar in it but it still tasted bad. They didn’t have the Matcha Tea my niece wanted so she got an Iced Chai Latte. She tried it then had me try it. It tasted like water. She took the drinks back in. She got me a strawberry watermelon drink that was ok. It kept getting more sour as I drank it, though. They really did a lot of pumps in her Chai this time and it was actually very good. We will never go back to this Tim Hortons. The one in Monroe on Telegraph is so much better. We want to try the one on Gibraltar next.

This place has become an absolute joke. Every time we go there , it’s a problem with our order. And then today I go there and order two combos, make it clear both are medium , both with a hash brown. At the speaker I’m given one price, but then when I get to the window, I’m told a whole new price, stating someone forgot to put something on our order. Ok, fine. Paid it. But then I pulled around to the doors to wait on our food only to be brought a bag with what was supposed to be two sandwiches and two hash browns. Proceeds to tell me they did not charge me for the combo , but yet gave me the pop for said combo So no hashbrown for combo number 2. Instead of fixing the problem, they just come out and argue with you, like they didn’t just charge you extra, and for what.

I have been to this location about 3-4 times each time has been a bad experience. I am consistently told they have one item then given another lower cost item and told they are actually out of it and refuse to give a refund. Today I ordered a drink at the drive through and when I got to the window was given the wrong drink. When I asked about it they said, again, we don’t actually have that right now. The price difference for this drink and the other would have been about $2-3. I asked if I could have something else or a refund and I was told “no” and had the window shut and had them wave me off. Will not be returning to this location.

Tim Hortons or Biggby is usually my daily routine being a new resident in Flatrock. I have had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons with the man at the window and the girl that is calling the shots in the back by the window when you’re employee tells me my drink is free and I look and my drink is halfway full. I said OK but what is wrong with the ice cap he said nothing?! What do you mean the girl walked over and said you still have to charge her and that’s completely fine. Nothing is free in this world, but can I have a full ice cap with whip topping like I asked for and maybe a little caramel drizzle???! you guys really need to reevaluate your staff half of the time it looks like they’ve been wearing the same dirty clothes for weeks. And this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had these people you put at the window are rude

I’ve decided it’s no longer worth being close in proximity. The service takes over 10 minutes (both in store and drive thru). Multiple orders have been incorrect (missing items or inaccurate items like sausage instead of bacon on a sandwich). Coffee is not made correctly, I should not have to fix it when I get to my destination. They don’t even put the creamer in when my order is “triple triple” in a medium coffee (the color alone gives it away). All in all, would avoid and drive to a different location.

I come through this drive thru everyday and not only do I have to repeat my same large mocha iced coffee order NO CREAM multiple times but at least once a week it is still wrong when I get to the window. Then they pull ypu around to park in handicap which is illegal to fulfill some time of drive through time requirement often making me late for work. Very unprofessional and often rude

Been here 3 different times order the same thing all the time a coffee moca but this location doesn’t know how to make it i have to go to the one on allen just to get the right coffee that’s ashame it’s easy to make and all 3 times it was wrong don’t go to this location until they get trained the right way or get better staff who know what there doing.

The drive thru games the system by asking people to pull forward into a parking spot. I ordered a coffee and a latte and was the only person in line when one car pulled up behind me. This is really poor customer service, even though I was first in line, because I had to pull forward and wait for someone to walk out to my vehicle, I still left AFTER the person being me. Unacceptable.
