This was my 1st visit here at this location. I absolutely love the look and vibe of this location. I liked how the manager took the time to explain the different sugar free options for my coffee. I was impressed at the two lane option of the drive-thru.

Great experience!!! I went in the lobby because I was new to app. I received help from the manager who was extremely nice by the way. They helped me choose the right reward for my sandwich. I got a croissant sandwich snacking bacon and hash browns. My hash browns I wanted fresh and fresh I got . Satisfaction guaranteed here

I’m honestly surprised by the recent negative reviews. This is the best Dunkin location I have ever been to. The quality is very consistent and the service is crazy quick. I typically order through the app, but sometimes at the window and the service is good both ways.
The issues others are having are likely because they’re rushing to get a coffee in the morning at the same time everyone else is.

This is by far the best in the community. When I go I usually get the bacon egg and cheese croissant lightly toasted and it is always cooked to perfection. I’m always rushing so I go through the drive thru. After I pay my food is ready, no wait time I’d rather go out my way to here than the one I’m close to . Thanks for fast service and accuracy

This Dukin Donuts is new and has bad workers over all.
Every Morning I come to get donuts and ask for a courtesy cup of ice and I am told they cant give me one, Then I ask to pay for it then I’m told j have to drive all the way back around and it may be 10 cars in line.
I also ask for my receipt and I was told I have to drive all the way back around for it.
The service that’s giving in the morning is very messy and rude and I wouldn’t treat a dog this way.
The servicehear needs training everyone on the morning crew, the young African American Man at the window started out so nice but now he is very rude.
More training needs to be done here or this store needs to be shut down.

I’m here right now in the drive through is 4:35 on Saturday 11-15-2025. No one is at the drive window, 2 employees are here, I saw them both and the place is all dark. Shame.

I order online through the app only and 3/4 most recent orders have been wrong. I elect in the app to have sausage instead of bacon on the wraps and sandwiches and it’s ignored. I’m sent food with bacon that I cannot eat and just lose the money spent. This location won’t do anything about this review but I’m hoping customers do! Check your bags twice. Your receipt will have the right order, your bag will not.
