When I got in the line to make my order I was looking at the screen trying to pick things I asked a simple question of do you do the build your own box at this location I then was given a snug and rule you got to go on an app and do that we do not do that here with an attitude. Ben wants the last order bag was finished and gave it was pushed into my hand what a very rude look on the window person’s face I don’t think I’m going to go there anymore I already know how to make some of this stuff the traditional way so I think I’m just going to probably go to Taco Bell outside the city if I actually want Taco Bell I recommend that they have out of more people there to help them so that way their attitude can be less pushy and rude to their customers are that they make a change in how their 5:00 employees respond to their customers

Pros: Order was accurate and food was what you’d expect.
Cons: Waited longer than expected for it not being very busy. And the bathrooms are pretty nasty for it being a newer location. It could definitely use a good deep clean.

** Review has been edited 6-14-23 and changed from 2 star to 4 star. Our last several trips to this location have been significantly better and it appears that changes have been made. Let’s hope it’s not short term. **
My family usually goes here about twice a month. We’ve had a few sub-par visits in the last 2 years but nothing worth complaining about. We can deal with the dining room being consistently cold enough to eat with your coat on and the same 3-4 annoying songs playing on a loop over the last 13 months or so. But when the food quality tanks, that’s when I have a problem. Not sure how many people were actually working but there was only 1 person ahead of us inside. It took 22 minutes for us to get our order. I’m the only one in the family that ordered actual tacos, which turned out to be a good thing because the quality was terrible. See attached photos. I basically got taco shells. Lucky if there was a tablespoon of meat on them. I had four of them. 3 were nearly identical and one was just a tiny bit better. It’s just embarrassing. I ended up stopping at the drive thru of another restaurant to get something else to eat before we went home. I’m not sure what was going on in the food prep area today but anyone with the slightest bit of common sense wouldn’t actually serve this to someone. Ridiculous.

The food was very good and made correctly. Staff were very friendly and it did not take long to get the food. The dining area was clean, and everything was stocked. I would recommend stopping for lunch or dinner.

Worst delivery/service I’ve experienced. Took two and a half hours to complete my order (wouldn’t let me cancel it because it was “being processed”) and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Not to mention the $6 delivery fee that isn’t included in the tip.

Friendly staff. Havent had any issues with my order and they get it out fast. They are quicker than the nearby mcdonalds or sheetz during lunch/dinner rush.

Haven’t ate at Taco Bell in years, decided to stop here.. worst experience I think I’ve ever had honestly. Got a box older lady was very rude gave me attitude when I said thank you so much. Slammed the door on my face.. 3/24/2024 at 7:25 pm ish. Hope she gets an attitude adjustment. I understand working with the public can be challenging but there’s other jobs if you don’t wanna deal with people. Especially some one who is very nice to you. I’ve heard by a few other people she’s given them the same treatment. Also hardly any beef in my crunch wrap supreme.. disgraceful! ***Update*** Come to find out it was Kim the manager, and her daughter is assistant manager no wonder she hasn’t been fired.. I’ve had 6 people reach out and tell me they’ve all had issues with her. That’s nice. What a way to ruin a business.

I’d give -10 stars if I could! This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to the fries are ALWAYS COLD unless you get cold! The staff!!! PHEW WOW RUDE I’m sure there is kind people working there but they must hide those ones in the back bc the women at the window are NEVER POLITE OR FRIENDLY and if you order a chalupa expect it to b so hard and stale that it cannot be chewed!
