The food was authentic and excellent. The service was very welcoming and friendly. The interior is bright yet cozy. They even gave us special candy because it was Valentines. Will definitely be back.

Hi so just left this establishment. And when I say the food and drinks were horrible even my anything eating nephew that literally will gulp anything down was like what?!! Here’s the video of my soaking in grease fish.
As I’m sitting here I’m complaining about the corn being cold the excessive amount of grease in the fish and my dad whom ordered a orange juice stated it had gone bad, two individuals whom are sitting across from me don’t try to offer their help. They work here but unsure what position they take. The lady giving me nasty stares since the moment I walked in. When I seen that I should’ve known it was going to be a bad experience. Now I have to publicly place this on my social media and explain this place in fact does not taste well and is way over priced for their cold and way too greasy food.
My advice find another place to go there are plenty good places in Framingham this not being one of them. I gave it two tries and it is administered horribly.
They also add gratuity yet never checked on us or apologized for the food and how bad it was. I was literally chocking on the one bite of greasy fish and not one was like are you okay…. They all went and hid in the kitchen making chef and others come out to see who had complained on food. I have videos where it’s more clear and the lady giving me bad looks. I was with my baby my nephew and my elderly father.
Horrible horrible experience and whomever these two are in the picture should be fired for lack of customer service/etiquette.

The food here was good, but not outstanding. I would say it tasted like a pretty typical chain Mexican restaurant. I got the tamales and I’ve definitely had better. The sauce and masa harina (cornmeal dough) were good, but the chicken on the inside was fairly dry and lacking some flavor. The same would go with the enchiladas I tried. The carnitas inside were just a little dry and not much flavor inside. The chips and salsa were pretty good. They came in plastic molcajetes which I liked the idea of, but were quite worn down so didn’t look the nicest though. Service was good and there was nice outdoor and indoor seating.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve had at this restaurant.

I’ve been here a few times before, and while the service was never amazing, it was usually okay. We mainly kept coming back because my husband really enjoys one specific dish — the seafood soup. However, our visit about two weeks ago completely changed our view. We went on a Saturday or Sunday, and the restaurant was not busy at all — maybe three or four other customers when we arrived. It’s a small restaurant, so we seated ourselves instead of waiting for a server to come around. After being greeted and given menus, it took about five minutes to get chips and salsa. Our server took our order at that point and took the menus. I ordered the cheese quesadillas, and my husband ordered the seafood soup and the fried fish (pescado frito). Before the food arrived, my husband politely asked if the fish could not be over-fried since it tends to be too crunchy for his liking. The waitress said it was already done frying — yet it still took another 15 minutes for the food to come out, despite there being only a couple of tables to attend to. When the food arrived, I was very disappointed with my dish and barely ate it. Multiple servers noticed but no one once checked in to ask if everything was okay. I’ll admit I didn’t speak up, so I won’t make that the main issue. What truly upset me was the complete lack of attention overall. While my husband was halfway through his meal, another customer came in — a white male — and the contrast in service was impossible to ignore. The staff immediately seated him, gave him their full attention, changed the TV channel to what he wanted, and one particular server was laughing excessively and engaging with him nonstop, while completely ignoring the rest of us and other customers in the restaurant. When my husband went to the bathroom, I asked for the check. Our bill came out to about $65–$70, and to my surprise, there was an automatic gratuity of $15.95 added on top of that. I understand that some restaurants include gratuity — that’s fine. What’s not fine is charging gratuity for service that simply wasn’t provided. We paid the bill and left a zero tip because there was absolutely nothing to tip for. The entire experience consisted of being ignored, overcharged, and made to feel uncomfortable while watching another customer receive top-tier service for no apparent reason.

If you’re looking for overpriced food, poor service, and being ignored unless you fit a certain mold, then this might be the place for you. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Most dishes were in the $16 to $24 range. The food was pretty good, not amazing, but a seal of approval from this native Texan. The rice could’ve been more flavorful, but the carne asada made up for it. The salsa was delicious, and the waitstaff were very attentive.

Had never been here before. Just driving by and decided to go in with family & friends for a mid week lunch. We were only 1 of 2 tables there at the time. But this place was just excellent!! Beautiful, colorful, cozy Mexican atmosphere. Small with maybe around 8ish large and small tables. Not positive on number. But could easily put tables together for larger groups. Very clean! Easy parking in lot. My stepdad in a wheelchair got in and to a table very easily. No ramps or steps, street level door and entire restaurant. Everyone was really happy with their food. Maybe slightly longer than average wait for food but everything was hot and fresh. Definitely worth it. Not just sitting around all pre-made. Fresh made warm tortilla chips and salsa immediately upon sitting. Everyone loved the queso dip! Good size portions. Staff was really friendly and pleasant. Table service was quick and very attentive. Small, casual, artsy pretty restaurant with reasonable prices that won’t bust your wallet! Pina colada was delicious! Beer, margaritas and cocktails available. Big screen TV for watching games. Kids seats. Definitely recommend and I will return when in the area. Love the Aztec!

Nice small little local place. Service was great Food was decent (except for the pinto beans which were soupy). Overall just very bland. I would not recommend the fried ice cream as the covering was stale.

Almost every item was amazing and big portioned. The server was super busy yet friendly.
Fajitas were fresh and delicious, so was the nachos. Don’t forget to ask for hot sauce, it’s not that hot and makes the food even more tasty.
