Stopped in to satisfy my spicy chicken craving during the lunch shift today and I can’t say I’ve ever felt so welcome in a chain restaurant as I did today. The lady at the counter is the epitome of top tier customer service and made me feel like we were long time friends even though we just met. The spicy tenders and roll were fantastic as usual. Today’s visit really made my day!

Second time trying Ezells. Before I tried at the recently opened Totem Lake location. The food there was ok and service could have been better.
Then I came by with friends for lunch here at the Woodinville location.
Here, the food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. The tenders were crispy and could be eaten without the need of sauce to enhance the flavor, you could eat it without sauce and it would still be good. The Cajun fries were also really good and the rolls were fluffy and heavenly.
The atmosphere was more hole-in-the-wall-esque; but that wasn’t bad at all for me! They also had Commanders-Eagles on tv.
Service was amazing- when giving my order they asked if I needed any extra napkins, utensils or anything, and upon leaving I was wished a merry Christmas.
I will definitely come back! Thank you Ezells!!!

the Woodinville location pick up only took about 2 minutes, the chicken strips were actually not the best I’ve had at ezells over the past 15 years but it was still great. At least we know that the chicken is freshly made and not frozen! my daughter says it has a gourmet taste which is a win

Chicken was fantastic! Nice and juicy. The fries were a bit disappointing (nothing super special, but still good). The Cajun fries were waaaay better. Staff was super friendly and made me more excited to eat there! Would have loved to try their peach cobbler but was stuffed after the chicken tenders. The rolls were super light and fluffy.

Amazing experience. It was my first time there and the manager (I assume the owner) came up and gave us the warmest welcome I’ve ever experienced. Such a friendly man and group of employees. They gave me a free sample and everything! Love this place so much and I will absolutely come back 🙂

Everyone smiled when I walked in and I felt the warm greeting. My order was ready as promised. The chicken was hot and crispy and the sides were delicious. The attendant even offered to help me to the car with my order. (I have an arm in a brace and use a cane.) This was a very pleasant experience. Thanks to all!

Went in for a pickup order and arrived a little bit ahead of a fresh batch of spicy tenders, so I had a couple of minutes to wait. The staff was so friendly and they were having some big laughs in the kitchen which I always love hearing. It’s a testament to a happy work environment and it shows through in the food! The tendies were on point as always, and the two piece heritage cut for $3.99 is a heck of a deal. Been going since I was a kid in high school and I’ve never been disappointed! Love em, a Northwest tradition for sure

The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever seen. They get all annoyed when you try to order something. The food is just okay, and the meat is so dry and tiny. The batter is way too thick. It’s definitely not worth the money.
I’m never coming back to this place again.

Not my favorite fried Chicken in the world but they’re pretty good. They have a really good deal on two pieces of chicken and a biscuit. I didn’t need the biscuit cuz I’m trying to avoid carbs but I took one little nibble of it. It was okay
