I’m always looking for spots that offer a unique experience, and 303 In The Cut definitely delivers on that front.
The Service & Atmosphere:
The first thing that stood out was the service. Instead of the typical ‘order at the window’ setup, they had a staff member standing outside personally walking everyone through the menu and taking orders. It felt much more personal and efficient—kudos to the guy working the line; he made the process seamless and welcoming.
The Food:
I went with the Green Chili Burrito. A quick heads-up for fellow burrito fans: they were out of beans during my visit (I believe they usually use pinto), which definitely changed the weight and texture of the meal. To pivot, I had it smothered in cheese sauce.
• The Taste: The cheese sauce was a great addition and the flavors were definitely there. It was a good, solid burrito, though without the beans, it didn’t quite reach ‘all-time favorite’ status for me personally.
• The Dessert: I also picked up the Tiramisu. It was a nice, cool finish to a savory meal.
The Verdict:
I can totally see why this place has a loyal following. The service is top-tier and the food is quality. While it wasn’t my #1 favorite spot in the city, it’s a strong contender for a solid lunch or dinner. If you’re a fan of green chili and great service, give them a look!

I may never recover! I live in indiana and this was my first trip to Vegas and this place was at the top of my list and after having it. Rightfully so! I had the chicken fries and my husband has the burrito. We shared the cheesecake and Tiramisu. The chicken fries were so crispy and full of flavor that as they seasoned the fries I could smell them outside the food truck! The burrito had all the right textures and was so good. And don’t get me started on the desserts! Omg! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat anothet like it. Thank you for the amazing service and down right orgasmic food! Till next time!

Food was good. Had the dirty dog with cheesesteak on top. It was good. Not a fan of crinkle fries but they do great. And the limeade was delicious. The star of the meal. A bit pricy but worth a try.

This spot has been all over my TikTok so I had to come try the tiramisu. It was $13 and it was good but i definitely would not say best in Vegas as he says! I didn’t get any espresso flavor and it was so over powered by the crazy amount of whip cream I couldn’t even find the lady fingers. But overall definitely worth a try since all our expectations and preferences are different.
Staff were very friendly and I would have tried the food if I hadn’t already had dinner!

After searching online for a food adventure, Instagram led me to 303 The Cut. It’s a nice little side-spot, but our total wait time from ordering to getting back to our car ended up being about an hour and a half. We ordered one Cracked Chicken, two cheesecakes, and a prickly pear lemonade.
The cheesecakes were good, but the blueberry sauce is what really made them stand out. The fries were tasty as well, though they became soggy by the time we made it back to our hotel, about 23 minutes away. The drink was good too.
Service, however, could definitely be improved. While we were in line, the man taking orders was busy talking to someone he knew who wanted food without waiting in line. One recommendation would be to have separate lines one for food and one for dessert. I think that would help everything run much more smoothly.

I usually never leave negative reviews for restaurants, food trucks, or any food places. I found this one through a Facebook ad and saw many good reviews about their tiramisu. As a big dessert lover, I went there with high expectations but honestly, it was overrated and disappointing. The tiramisu was overloaded with cream and cream cheese, and the ladyfingers tasted more bitter than they should. Overall, it was tasteless and definitely not worth the high price.
However, I also ordered their fries, which were actually pretty good. They came with a dip that was tasty too.

Wow! The food here is delicious, delicious, delicious!!!! Everything is made in house and soooo yummy!!!!!I saw people from other states in line just so they could try it. The staff was very nice, everything super clean and nice. This place is becoming a locals and tourists attraction! The owner is super nice and helps other locals with their business. Will definitely be coming back many times!

303 in the cut deserves a 5 star revive each time! All the way from South Carolina I knew on my Vegas trip this was a MUST try. As a huge foodie and tiramisu girl I was going in ready to try. Absolutely everything was excellent! We ordered the tiramisu, Philly cheese steak and the chicken fries. All of these items were generously proportioned and were made to order. The wait was not bad at all! The flavors all layered perfectly with everything we ordered, everything was fresh, staff were friendly and overall would recommend to anyone!!

Ok, so I have seen a social media video floating around and decided to try the Tiramisu, ended up chatting with the owner, great personality, great customer service. So the Tiramisu is fantastic, the cream is savory, the lady fingers are not soggy. I was also talked into the cheesecake, that is good too.

Seeing multiple short ads about this place on TikTok, I just had to come here to try the viral Tiramisu dessert. It’s not tiramisu at all, it’s just very plain tasting crème with some bread. For the 12 dollars I spent I could have bought a can of whipped cream for cheaper with a cup of coffee.
