I arrived at 6:50 PM on 12/16/25 and didn’t receive my food until around 7:30 PM. During that time, no one checked on me, asked if I needed anything, or even offered a drink. Every table—including the single-seat tables—had dirty plates left on them. There appeared to be only two employees working, a young woman and a young man, and they were clearly overwhelmed. This location is seriously understaffed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. This is the worst Waffle House I’ve been to

Stopped by while in the area to grab breakfast. Our server, Braylee, was friendly and very competent. She made honest recommendations and took care of us perfectly. I tried the sausage, egg, and cheese grit bowl. My hubby ordered a country ham, egg and cheese on raisin toast sandwich. Our food was cooked to our satisfaction and was so good. I really enjoyed the grit bowl, and you get a lot too.

So bad experience going to this Waffle House location for the first time right when I sat down server Miranda told me the family that I got there before was to sit there then when I sat down in the other booth they told me that they weren’t done cleaning it I then had to wait 15 minutes for them to clean it then when I got my coffee I had to keep asking for refills usually when I go to the one near Moreland and the one in Sharpsburg never have to ask for refills. Miranda would ask everyone else refills but when got to me and my buddy she would skip us. When I got a to go coffee she brought back the tiniest cup I’ve ever seen so when I asked for a bigger cup she rolled her eyes. I said all pleases and thank you’s but if I was the owner I would get rid of Miranda that’s no way to act to customers. I will never come back to this Waffle House. If the trainee could’ve been my waiter it would’ve been a better experience just saying he was nice and friendly. But Miranda is a bad waitress. Food is always good though props to the cooks. Miranda bad though can’t be rolling your eyes at customers right to their face thinking they can’t see you. I might be slow but I’m not stupid.

Me and my companion went to this establishment, early/late around 3 AM and I decided I wanted to try the new waffle sandwich. My waitress was very helpful. She explained y’all did not sell that but directed me of how I could make it myself. It was delicious y’all should add it to your menu. it was very fulfilling!! The cook cooked everything to my liking in the end product was magnificent!

sat inside oredered a sausage egg and cheese grit bowl with a side of rasin toast and a root beer…they were in middle of cleaning which i dont mind but the cook on duty did not change his gloves after handling bleach and a floor scrubber/squeegee…once i realized he touched my taost and cheese with those gloves i said to him excuse me may you change your gloves after cleaning and his response was “yeah i was going to”… mind you he already touched my cheese thats going in my bowl and toast, that completely ruined my appetite and i instantly left

I have been here twice in the past two weeks. The manager working the grill has half the restaurant closed down and a hand written sign on the door, “No Togo orders”. Only handing out Togo cups and silverware so they don’t have to wash it. I understand being short staffed but to see the manager just hold up the wall is ridiculous.
To top it off today I noticed him making the server split her tips off her tables. This is a truly poor example of leadership.

Pretty much what you expect from a Waffle House. Decent quality food, quick service, and reasonable wait time.
The waitstaff are polite. They respond quickly and efficiently when you ask for something extra.
The premeses are kept reasonably clean. They decorated the place with some Christmas lights in an attempt to spread the holiday cheer.
