Went to Baja, Mexico and tried fish fried tacos and fish device and loved it so much! Thought i wouldn’t be able to get something similar in the U.S., especially somewhere like Temecula. This food was so good! And so was the horchata. Highly recommend! Not a lot of good mexican food spots around here.

Twice I have come to this location (including today) and twice my order was incorrect. I ordered 3 grilled shrimp tacos both times…both times the cashier repeated it back to me…and both times I received breaded fish tacos. The first time they kindly remade it, but it took up most of my lunch. This time I didnt even bother because I didnt want to waste my lunch…again.

I’ve eaten here many times and never had an issue asking for yellow peppers. Today, I was refused unless I paid extra, despite the fact that their own food photos clearly include them. This kind of nickel-and-diming for ingredients you promote in your marketing is disappointing and misleading. Not the experience I’ve come to expect.

Best fish tacos in town! All their tacos are delicious. My boys also loved their caldo de mariscos, it was so good! The service was great we will definitely be coming back soon.

Food is amazing, but the service at is always terrible, I had three online orders every time I’ve been, and they never have the order ready. Once I was told they didn’t have it, I had to show them my receipt every time they act surprised and have to check the register, and there it is. I have a also ordered the asada fries but with Pastor and they don’t read the order and put asada on it.

The reviews for this place is one of the reasons we tried Taco’s La Bufadora.
We started off with two micheladas and then we ordered two potato tacos, the fish tacos and some taquitos. We also ordered the civiche tostada.
I have to say that they weren’t as tasty as I thought they would be. Especially when all of the reviews say how good it is. Maybe it was just an off day. It was very busy and the staff did have their hands full. The food was good but not as good as the reviews have stated! We probably won’t be back.

First time eating at La Bufadora and it was pretty good. We ordered the carne asada burrito, cheese quesadilla and potato tacos. The burrito was pretty good with frijoles de olla, rice and meat but a little on the dry side(kinda the norm these days because they don’t put salsa inside the burrito), the quesadilla was fine came with sour cream, and the star of the show was probably the potato taco. The potato tacos are $2.50ea or 3/$5.00, so we got three and they came loaded with crema, cabbage, tomatoes and cheese. We got all of this and 2 fountain drinks for around $29.00.
My only knock is no salsa bar and the salsas they do offer are prepackaged and none are very spicy which is what I look for. I’ll probably be back for the potato tacos if im in the area but I dont think I’d make the drive just for that.

Amazing fish and shrimp tacos. Nothing comes close in the area. The La Bufadora Nachos are also pretty tasty.

La Bufadora: A Bite of Baja with Fresh Fish Tacos
La Bufadora is a hidden gem offering a taste of Baja California. This small, clean eatery serves up delicious and affordable Mexican fare.
The portion sizes are generous for the price. I tried the potato tacos, which were good, but the crema tasted a bit off. However, the fish tacos were the star of the show! The fish was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and flavorful within. Each bite was a delightful burst of freshness.
If you’re looking for a no-frills spot to savor delicious fish tacos, La Bufadora is a must-try. Just be aware that the crema with the potato tacos might not be for everyone.
