My family loves Church’s Chicken and up until recently the food has been outstanding and the order was right. A few weeks ago, we ordered the Grande Meal with 8 pc legs and thighs and 8 pc tenders. The chicken was overcooked–A lot! We thought, okay everyplace can have a bad day. Today, 12/18/2025 we ordered the same thing and up graded our sides with Fried Okra, Spicy Rice, and Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and ordered an additional large side of gravy. When we got the order, we had NO Thighs or Legs and NO Fried Okra. We only received 8 pcs of tenders, mashed potatoes, spicy rice and the extra side of gravy. When my husband tried to call the number on the receipt–it had been disconnected and there was no other number to call. We did not order at a busy time, we ordered at 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Ordered this delivered through the Church’s website and our order was $52 bucks with tip for the driver. This will be the last time we order from Church’s to only get half the food we order.

Check your food before leaving!!! Customer service is trash. Employee taking my order was over talking me and cutting me off, almost rushing me to order. Management needs to work on this. The atmosphere is not welcoming. Service is unpleasant. Food is a hit and a miss. Check your chicken isn’t dry, old, and biscuit isn’t hard. This was last visit to this location.

My chicken was pretty fresh well one piece was. I ordered a 2 piece leg and thigh they were out of so they replaced it with a breast. Also had macaroni which definitely wasn’t appetizing. Churches Is a hit and miss with me honestly.

If I could give no stars I would ♀️ just left there waiting 20 minutes in Drive thru, nobody answered the speaker. Pulled to the window, everybody on their phones and said that they were closed. It’s after 8. The store hours say y’all close at 10pm. Highly dissatisfied ♀️

Ordered a family meal asked for extra potatoes and gravy. Instead gave me 2 cups of nothing but gravy and no potatoes at all. Over 50$ spent and said there was nothing they could do. BE SURE TO CHECK FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE PLACE!!

Smh chicken dryer than somebody wig. Seriously placed and online order and picked up and boom get home to this mess. THE CHICKEN IS NOT EDIBLE AT ALL. SOMETHING OLD THAT HAS BEEN SITTING UP.
