Maybe the manager here should learn more about hospitality, especially for drive-through service. She didn’t say thank you or anything, just stared at me when I picked up my food. When I said thank you, she didn’t respond and just kept glaring. It was really weird. Some basic hospitality training would help a lot.

Came for a late lunch through the drive through. Line was short, quick service. Ordered a double whopper meal. The fries were small with the meal, kid sized almost, so order the large size next time. The double fills you up pretty good. Was fresh as well as the hot fries. Being under $12 for a “meal” is ok nowadays. I’ll have to try the Texas double whopper next time I come back.

Sonny the shift lead the supervisor was rude to an employee another manager and after I come back from break he was yelling . He was yelling in front of customers.
I feel shouldn’t happen at the work place.
Manager should up lift not belittle the employees.

I’ve had multiple mix ups and poor food quality at this location. Mostly at other BK locations I’ve had good experiences. For some reason this one is not nearly as good. The fries are not usually fresh or hot. I also had an issue with a refund and a manager that denied my request initially and insinuated that I was trying to scam them. I left hungry… I don’t expect much with drive thru service but when I have to go inside, wait in line, wait for them to fix the problem and leave with feelings of uncertainty I’m not sure why I am such a glutton for punishment and keep going back. Maybe I’m hoping that they will improve at some point. Not so far…

When you go into a restaurant you expect the same usual stuff. Well welcome to my biggest surprise ever. A gentlemen employed by this burger king greeted me.in the parking lot. Amazing. Through the door so went omg at the amazing greeting. Well now I’m saying to.my self ok the food is going to be bad. Wrong these were in fact the very best sausage biscuits is had. Then the clean resturant. The amazing thing that bothers me is where are all the quest. Look at the time. Its late in. The morning for the people here in Boise Idaho its early for me. Arrived at 7:05 am on a Friday for breakfast. Doors were locked, sign on the door said they open the lobby at 6am on Fridays. No other hours sign or notice of closure was posted. We tried the drive thru, but there was no attendant, and nobody was seen inside when we drove through.

Horrible experience, shift manager awful, under staffed, dirty, unkept employees. Coke was out in dining room, she rolled her eyes when I told her, our burgers were sitting under the heat for 6 minutes as she only helped people in the drive thru. After watching her go straight from putting cash in the register to loading our fries and positioning them with her fingers! Gross.We didn’t want to eat them. We weren’t gonna ask that woman for anything at that point. I took pics of the dirty dining room and bathroom after which she followed me to the parking lot pissed I took pictures of her “staff” and yelled I wasn’t allowed back. She claimed she had her boss on the phone, but any GOOD manager or owner would not have allowed her to shout at me like that. This is supposed to be family owned and operated, it’s too bad they’re letting it go down hill, it already seems to not get good business. Sad, 4 yrs ago I liked taking my daughter for a burger on her lunch hour.
