First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

I had such a fantastic experience at First Watch in Prairie Village! The pumpkin spice pancakes were absolutely delicious! Perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of fall flavor. I paired them with some eggs and their chicken sausage patty, which was hearty and flavorful.
And I can’t forget about the Morning Meditation juice. Refreshing and energizing, it really set the tone for the day. The service was friendly and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Definitely one of my new favorite spots for breakfast or brunch in the area. Highly recommend!

This was a delicious breakfast! We shared two entrees, the Wild Berry Lavender French Toast and Farmhouse Hash. Both were really good, but I prefer the Bacado omelet to this hash. The French toast was really good. We also had a juice drink, Pineapple Express, that was fine but not as much of a juice as I expected, more like a flavored lemonade. We split our check, and I didn’t like that for each of our tickets, the suggested tip amounts were based on the grand total, not our individual totals, so will watch that next time. Overall very good food and service.

I celebrated my birthday at the Prairie Village location and our server was wonderful! She wished me Happy Birthday and then brought a card signed by the staff! So delightful and breakfast was delicious!

Dining room was large and plenty of seating available, however they sat us in back and in corner in dark of restaurant when there was plenty of window seats for the beautiful morning sun, but we didn’t enjoy it due to our seating. The service and the staff were great and the food was delicious .

Came here the day after Christmas with a pretty large group. They were able to get us all in for lunch. The staff was very attentive! The food was great. We shared the seasonal donuts holes and they were so amazing wow. Their drinks are great, the tonics are so delicious. I got the chorizo omelette for my meal and that was delicious . Comes with toast and leafy greens! Huge portion. Couldn’t finish. Love this place as always!

Store that I prefer to go to Mission Parkway. It’s close to my house, but this time I went to a different store to make sure that everything was going to be when I went last time even though they were extremely busy they were plenty of workers and I was not Disappointed the chicken with the banana crunch pancake is my go to and it was delicious. If you haven’t watch I recommend you try out. They have plenty of varieties with vegan options..
