Social Profile:

The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

Im from Korea and I do know what BBQ chicken tastes back in Korea and this branch is AMAZING! One of the best korean chicken! So crispy and seasoning is just perfect. Since there’s no good korean chicken in Nashville, I’ve been driving to here for almost an hour only to eat this chicken sometimes since this branch opened. It resolves my homesick toward home foods. Strongly recommended!!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Definitely reminds me when I first had bbq.chicken in Deagu, S. Korea and we ate it all the time while was about 9 years ago,so moving back home and having it here is plus!! I eat it atleast twice week!!! I love the picked radish, but I wish is came in the same package as it did in korea!!! I hope they open more here in Clarksville.
Honey/Garlic and the Soy bone in are my favorite Gali is ok love the kimchi fried rice delicious, they should add some kimchi in the rice but it good without it. If only they sold theses pickled radish

Chicken was good but the Kimchi fried ride was over cooked and mushy. I’ve ordered it twice so far and its always the same.

We love so many of the flavors of chicken here. It was great to bring my four grandchildren- they all opted for a different flavor! The wait time is about 30 minutes, but that’s because the food is fresh. No more microwaved food! This is our go-to place for bringing company.

Fantastic fried chicken, probably the crunchiest and juiciest I’ve ever had. The sauces are spot on. Takes a little while to get your food, but it is all freshly fried and comes out piping hot. Definitely worth the money and then some.

My husband and I used to frequent the bb.q chicken location in El Paso so when we moved to TN naturally it was one place we were missing greatly. We were happy to see there was one not too far from where we live, it is still a bit of a drive though. Hour and a half to be exact but we figured we really liked their food so it would be worth the drive.

First off I will say that I do think these are franchises so each location is ran different. I’ve also been to a couple locations in Cali and those were very different from one another as well. Some of them are set up like a restaurant where you are sat at a table and served by a waiter. But others, like this one, are more in between being a restaurant and a fast food location. Here, you order your food, they give you a number and bring your food to your table when it is ready.

I’ll go with the bad first: My husband and I were super excited to get their cheesling fries. It was literally our favorite menu item when we were in TX. Unfortunately here they drench the fries with some kind of sauce that really ruined it for us. I don’t know why they do it that way but I think the cheesling fries taste 100 times better without a sauce. Also, we ordered their kimchi fried rice because it’s an item other locations don’t offer so I wanted to try it. It’s very oily. So off-putting for me. We ate a little of it but ended up not wanting to take the rest home. I highly do NOT recommend it. And if you order the cheesling fries then I strongly recommend you ask them NOT to cover it in sauce.

As for the good: their chicken is like the standard bbq.q chicken that my husband and I are used to. HUGE pieces and very crunchy and moist! My favorite flavor is the honey garlic and my husband likes the cheesling. Definitely the highlight of our meal!

The service was great too! The gentleman working the register was friendly. My husband thought it was strange that he was dressed in sweatpants, a sweatshirt and a beanie with Bear ears but I figure maybe this location doesn’t really have a dress code. Although there was a gentleman working right next to him that was dressed professionally in a polo and slacks. But despite their dress code, the man was great with taking our order and bringing it to our table.

Not really sure we’d make the hour and a half drive back to this location. I gave them 4 stars but honestly I think it’s more like a 3.5 because those cheesling fries with the sauce really ruined my meal. I was looking forward to it so much and was just bummed the way they prepare it. Maybe they should update their menu to say it included a sauce on it because other locations don’t make it like that and it’s SO much better without.

But yea, I’ll be nice and give 4 stars even though it was closer to a 3.5 for me. Chicken was delicious and customer service was good.

The fried wings I got were cooked to perfection. Crispy outer coating tossed in a wonderful honey garlic sauce. You will have to wait for your freshly made wings but its well worth the wait. It was so good, I had to order some to take home to the family. Unfortunately, these taste way better fresh as we tried reheat the following day and they don’t taste as good the day after. I will definitely make another visit. I was stationed in Korea for a year and these brought back so many good memories.

Our NEW FAVORITE spot! So far everything we’ve tried has been SO GOOD! Cheesling fries are a fam fav, chicken sandwich is surprisingly good (better than “other” chicken sandwiches).

If you haven’t been yet, this is your sign to GO!

Great place and AMAZING fried chicken. It litterally taste like it does in S Korea. 1 for 1 match, Its like im back on Pyeongtaek-si. So crispy and tender chicken. Favorate is cheesling, gangjeong, and original. Little tip. Drink a Pepsi with it and something about it makes the fried chicken so much better, and Pepsi isnt even my favorite soda but it is with korean fried chicken.

A little on the pricey side; however, the quality of the food was amazing. The flavors are great! I got the Honey Garlic and my husband and daughter got Spicy Galbi. The gentleman at the register (Dominic) was so sweet and patient while I asked him different questions about the flavors. The wings are also quite large and the small (8) is definitely shareable. Same with the sides.
