Wow – I’ve had mixed experiences with this Wendy’s before but tonight they were awesome. Awesome customer service tonight and the food was done really fast. The manager also gave a kid a free frosty when they came up to ask for an extra sauce.

I frequent this Wendy’s location and have been impressed with the accuracy of my orders and the quality of the food. Additionally, the restaurant has always been clean inside when I visited.
As a former manager of this restaurant, exiting in 2012, I had been displeased with the food quality and cleanliness until the current ownership/management took charge. Thank you for bringing this Wendy’s back to a place I actually want to eat at. I took pride in the way I ran the restaurant and it is evident current ownership / management does too.

Everything was fresh and was super fast getting my food to me. I had my food in like 1.30 seconds literally. Everyone was super friendly and full of smiles and are ready to serve their customers!

We went during lunchtime, tons of kids eating from school dining room was clean, nuggets were fresh and crispy. Gentleman behind the counter even gave me half and half for my root beer , the woman cleaning the dining room had smile on her face for the customers. Always nice to see happy employees. Def one of the better Wendy’s if been too.

I was short on time so I placed a mobile order so that it would be ready when I arrived of course it was not. I ended up waiting 10 minutes. Got disgusting coffee got cold fries and got horrible service. I will not be returning and it’s very unfortunate because it is the only fast food Spot in the area of that shopping center that is open on Sundays

Pretty slow getting through the drive thru considering they have a double lane set up. Waay to pricey to even keep going there anymore, corporate greed strikes again! Zero sales promos.

Drive thru order- no receipt to prove-they sent me on my way with no chicken nuggets in my children’s kids meal. The job can’t be that difficult-and the phone doesn’t even work for the store to contact them. That has to be against some sort of service code/standard. Ridiculous.

The service was very slow. They were out of chocolate frosty, ordered small vanilla frosty instead, and they did not even fill the cup all of the way. The fries were not crispy and tasted old. They forgot our sauce for the chicken nuggets. They told me my gift card didn’t work, and I checked the balance on it and it was fine. After we left, my daughters told me; yo quiero Taco Bell.

Food aside. Which was normal for Wendy’s the service was great. I came in with my 1 year old and had my hands full. Roselyn took our order, brought it to our table and even brought us napkins when I asked since I didn’t want to leave my baby alone. Great to feel comfortable in a fast food restaurant.

I must say, it was a pleasant surprise to not have an unpleasant experience here! I used the mobile app to order the Dave’s double meal with the coupon that makes it 5$. A pretty good deal!
I had to wait approximately 13 minutes for my meal. Believe me, I’ve had to wait hours for other things. I’m almost what you would call an expert in waiting. Fortunately the restaurant had some nice tunes to dance to in the meantime.
The food arrived shortly after they proclaimed my name. I went to fill up my drink. While I was getting ice, the machine just up and gave up! No ice for me, I guess. The food was warm in its well wrapped wrapping. The burger slightly off centered, but had the right amount of condiments. The lettuce often is one of my larger gripes at Wendy’s. Please, use smaller lettuce pieces for the sake of us all.
Over all, it was almost a perfect fast food experience. It didn’t perform well in any area, but performed just well enough for me to be satisfied.
