Yesterday, Christmas morning, I was treated poorly. I am a longtime 25+ year customer. I LOVE Starbucks and anyone who knows me knows Starbucks is my thing. Well, I ordered my drink at the drive-thru and bc there’s so much of my drink left over… I will tell the person to please put my left over in another cup, and thank you! I will say, first off, I am always kind to people bc when I was young and worked fast food I always gave 110%, kind words, and a smile, along with a please and thank you and thats how I treat others. Well, I was not treated with the same courtesy
I was told by this young lady (couldn’t have been older then 19/20) that they will do it “THIS TIME”. I told her I am not wasting a $15 drink!! Starbucks whole motto is being environmentally resourceful and not wasteful, but yet you wanted to waste my drink?
In fact, I have a friend who is also a ex-coworker who at this same location had a smaller Stanley cup and she, like me, orders expensive drinks (more then I do) and her cup always holds the extra….well, this location filled her cup up to a grande size, even through she ordered the venti with all the extras and they literally threw the extra away
I mean…WOW! I have NEVER had any issues with this store, but after the way I was treated I will not be back. I already called the 800#, made a report, and now I will call the district manager and do the same
I’m sure my comment doesn’t mean much, but its my experience and its too bad that I wasn’t given the same respect and courtesy I gave originally

Unfortunately we are one of many families with the Christmas tradition of bringing Starbucks on Christmas morning. I placed a semi large order on the app, but I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up for an hour so I called to let them know that. When I went to pick them up, they had been given away because it had been an hour since they had been made. When I told them I had called they apologized profusely and even though they were in the middle of absolute chaos with about 30 coffees waiting to be picked up, they rectified it immediately, remade them quickly and even went the extra mile of handing us a few gift cards for the time we spent waiting. I really appreciate how kind they were and how they didn’t make us feel bad considering how busy they were. Thank you to the barista with cute little Christmas lights on her face and the other barista making the frozen drinks <3

Not overly busy like many Starbucks so they still can get your order quickly and still be smiling. I had a large Breve Latte and not only was it excellent, it was in my hands in 2 minutes. I thought, “Oh no, they made it fast and it won’t be right”. So glad I was wrong.
I like how individual Starbucks locations have so many different interior designs for every environment and architectural/interior design tastes. This SB had a distinct, easy-going, almost night club feel. The ceiling lights, the wood work, was flawless for my style.
I will drive out of my way when I visit Pueblo every week just to be a patron of this lovely SB.

The Staff is Absolutely Amazing!! Very Friendly Always having A Positive Vibe! They are very Quick to get orders out will even bring to your table. Staff their Vibes Are Always Positive Not Once have I seen bad attitudes even when some Customers are so Rude to Them some customers I’ve seen Curse and Yell that they should be embarrassed to yell at employees in that tone and manner yet The Staff Stay Friendly assure the issue has been takin care of with a Smile!! ✨ 100% would Recommend you going.

Ordered my usual and got the complete opposite. It was supposed to have extra ice and light whipped cream (and yes I did take a few sips) but it had almost no ice and no whipped cream. It tastes like milk, sugar and with a hint of coffee. One of the worse coffees I have ordered. I tried to call to say something but couldn’t get through. I would have gone in myself but my husband picked it up for me and went to work.
