They mess up my order every time I go there. I just got back home from getting my food, I ordered their new Cajun mccrispy with a large Coke and a fry, and a double quarter pounder with cheese with extra ketchup and extra pickle only they didn’t even put the regular amount of ketchup on the burger. They switched the coke that I got with root beer and the fries were cold, and my burger doesn’t look like it was cooked fully.

They had offered a new carrier when I originally got our food but, I declined saying I had a bunch of these (the cardboard two cup carrier with handle).I didn’t make it past the first three parking spots going out to the truck when this happened. I walked back in, showed them the broken carrier and pic (which they didn’t really look at), and said I should have taken them up on the new carrier. They immediately said to remake them and started putting them in a Styrofoam carrier. I said those are harder to carry. The one that told the cashier to remake, pulled out the DoorDash style box and bag combo and they gave me that. ❤ THIS is Customer Service! Thank you for making the start of our day much better!

Cashier should have been more proactive in getting a manager to fix an order than to just stand there food orders could have started back up instead of making everyone in line wait an extra five minutes. Some people don’t have an extra five minutes to spare. However I can not complain about my order this time it was actually what I ordered and all of it was there. It tasted great and the meat didn’t taste like it had been sitting in the warmer longer than it should.

Because I have worked fast food in my life I try not to judge harshly. However these ones around Poplar Bluff are poorly trained and it shows it their overall presentation and lack of speed. More often then not for just a simple meal, I find myself waiting in excess of 20 plus minutes for a meal. Sometimes I end up waiting in the wait lane for just a cup of coffee.
I know the job, so I know it isn’t too difficult to listen to orders coming in and start the prep to finish by the time it hits the front window.
Other then that they do tend to try and keep the stores clean and have no complaints as far as cleanliness and hospitality goes.

Slow service/rude staff/Loud country music playing: A customer said he’d been waiting 30 mins for his order; I was using the free Wi-Fi and when I left the manager said, “Didn’t even order any food” terrible experience! I give this location half a star!

I waited 18 minutes for a large fry. I watched Peggy, the Asst. Manager walk around like she had no idea what was going on. I also witnessed a customer asked if their order was ready, Peggy told them that it was not, and then she literally turned around and picked up the order that had actually been waiting on the counter, and take it out to the dining area. The customer was standing at the counter waiting on it!
