Used to be a great place but they have gone downhill. Not sure if its because they sold to a private equity firm, but god they are extremely stingy with the meat. My sandwich got 2 crazy thin slices of cheese and they do the subway thing now where they fold over 2 or 3 pieces of meat to make it look bigger than it is. Im from jersey and when they make sandwhiches, they definitely do not use scales to weigh ingredients. Feels very corporate now. They sure do add a ton of lettuce to the sandwiches.

First time at this new Fitchburg Jersey Mike’s location and it was busy! I ordered ahead with the app and my sub was ready (so nice to be able to skip the line!). I ordered the #8 Club Sub without the red vinegar and olive oil. But last second I added the Hot Chopped Pepper Relish (free topping) and it was great! Not as hot as jalapeños, but soon much flavor. It reminded me of giardiniera. I really enjoyed this sub!
Ordering through the Jersey Mike’s app was easy and gave me choices to customize that I wasn’t aware of. Plus you earn loyalty points towards a free sub!

The servers were all really nice, but they messed up my order. The food itself also tasted very dry and wasn’t very good quality.

Bad experience employees was very rude and bad attitude they don’t have good manners and bad customer service. Instead of giving us the food like it should be they just threw it at the counter.
Never going back at that location.

The food is usually good here. I wouldn’t know how it was for this most recent visit because when we arrived, we were first in the in person line, but there was apparently a lot of online orders they were working on. I get it, we can wait a little bit to be served while they finish what they’re working on.
Then an employee finally came over and asked for our order, at this point there was like 6 other people in physical line behind us. She asked what we wanted, we told her, she ran to get bread. Then she went to get more bread… She laid out I think 9 sandwiches? She was still making online orders after taking out order. But now she was even making them directly in front of us. She finally started putting ingredients on the sandwiches after cutting all of the bread, provolone on like 7 of the sandwiches, them she dipped off to go do something somewhere else I guess? And we just left. We’d be standing for close to 15 minutes before we were asked our order, and then waited 5 more just for her to start making other people’s sandwiches before ours again. So we just left. We didn’t want to wait 10 more minutes just to get our sandwiches. I get that they were swamped, but some precedence should be put on in person orders I think. Pickups may be early, but they may be late too. In person orders are then and there. I feel like it makes sense to do them first or at least not make them wait for you to do a ton of your online orders.

The gentleman that made my sandwich was very friendly. I don’t often leave reviews, but it was refreshing to see someone who seemed to genuinely enjoy their day while on the clock.

This was my first time ordering from this Jersey Mike’s. I arrived on a busy Sunday around lunch time. I want to give a special shoutout to Sara who took and made my family’s order. With a long line from a busy lunch rush Sara was flawless. Her fantastic attitude instantly improved my mood! She was talking, laughing and carrying on with customers while we waited and all the while diligently making multiple orders from memory . I have to say as a person who works in customer service myself (GM at a hotel group) this was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time even when faced with a large task of orders and quite a few people. Sara you keep rocking that awesome outlook on life, I want you to know it certainly did not go unnoticed!! This location is lucky to have Sara and because of her I will certainly be back. Thank you for the warm smile and good laughs Sunday, your customer service really stuck with me and I believe it should be recognized. If I could give you an award I would!

I got a free sub for my birthday and thought I would treat myself to a lunch for work. I ordered a pick up for 12 pm and I waited for 30 min just to find out my sandwich was made and not put on the shelf. When I asked the first time, they just asked for my name and then didn’t even check if my sandwich was done. They gave me a free sandwich for next time, but that does not make up for the 30 minutes I was away from work. I was also not the only one waiting for so long. The woman making all the pickup orders was so slow and my sandwich was pretty soggy by the time I got it. Definitely not my favorite Jersey Mikes location.

The one lady worker was very rude and acted like my grandma was supposed to know everything about the workplace. Lady decided to get an attitude towards both her and I and we were not impressed. All other workers seemed to not really know what was going on. While we were waiting for a hot sub to be cooked a man with an online order came in to get his food and told them his name and the same lady pointed to his food and said “right there love” I find that very gross to be saying to customers I don’t care who you are
