Very little portions, unless you like lettuce. I bought this in Jay, OK. Taco bell used to be a place that was a staple for me. Sorry BTW this was supposed to be two double decker tacos.

Just got done working a long shift, and decided to go to Taco Bell. I ordered a burrito and loaded nacho fries. It took 25 minutes, they also had no small bills so when I paid with a $20 I got $4 in quarters, they didn’t even give me mild sauce, they gave me hot. The older lady even emitted to knocking my order off screen and just forgetting it.

I took an online order on my phone rigjt, I got a chicken bowl and a drink, I drove 10 mins there expecting food to be done by then, AND WHEN I GOT THERE, my food was not done, an then I waited another 10 mins, in total 20 mins for a chicken bowl and a drink which I find outrageous for a fasts food… and they didn’t even gimme my drink until I asked for it, and they also forgot my fork…

There’s really not the right categories here to make an accurate review. It’s a 10 or 15 minute process just to order with no one offering to help. You spend all the time putting in the sauces you want and they don’t give you any anyway. You have to go get them yourself. In short, you do ALL work. There is near zero personal interaction. The food is fair, but it’s hard to rate the service since there is none and there is no atmosphere because the restaurant is empty.

Its hard for me to put into words how pleased I am with this location! Above and beyond. I’d say they nailed it. I have a family of 6 that was in town for a baseball tournament and we dont get good service like this back home. Finding a place to eat so far away from home can already be difficult and taco bell made us feel that we were right where we should be! A BIG THANK YOU to the staff of the jay location for your hospitality and sense of urgency!

I like the self service terminals because realistically trying to navigate special orders holds up a line but with six terminals I always get what I want and no one’s put out. Inversely it is a lot harder on the kitchen staff. The information they get isn’t clear and the system needs a lot of work on their end.
On the user end the software experience could be improved by reducing the number of steps between hitting “pay” and actually paying. This is not the place for advertising and upselling. I’m already doing a custom order every freaking time, no I didn’t forget anything and you don’t know me well enough to be making recommendations okay? And no I don’t want you to start taking pictures of me so that you can create a database of faces and make good recommendations. If I had my druthers The food would arrive to your table by conveyor belt or something to that effect Cash could be paid The same as a vending machine if you really needed to use it. And I’d never need to talk to a single human being. As impersonal as humanly possible. If I wanted to talk to a person I would go to a sit-down restaurant this is fast food make it fast please.
