I order a kids meal for my son and the fries were old cold and dry look how they look it looks like they had them done for a while and just under a light or something not happy at all

Normally Carl’s Jr food always comes out 5 star and no issues which is excepted since there more on the pricey side compare to the other fast food restaurants but i order a chicken sandwich and half way through eating it I notice it was raw and made me sick for two days. Double check your chicken sandwiches before eating.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combo with extra cheese. There was no one else, so they weren’t busy, yet for some reason, I had to wait. I don’t mind that. Then i paid and waited longer. Then the cashier came to the window to say they couldn’t make my order, and he started quickly naming off substations, including what I ordered. I said I asked for the bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo, and he said “Great” and left again saying he thought I said the steak and egg burrito. When he came back with my order, I asked if there wasn’t a price difference between the biscuit and the burrito? And they said, “No, they’re both 4.99” and that’s why my score is what it is.
