Little Cesar’s is usually good but the past 2 experiences now haven’t been good. One experience was receiving a crazy stuffed crust pizza that ended up tasting like chemicals all the way through, as if the machines weren’t cleaned thoroughly before use. Then today at 2:22pm I placed an order for stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and 1 crazy bread. I agreed to wait for the stuffed crust to be made, didn’t mind the wait wasn’t long. After receiving my order I headed home and ate the pizza there. My 1st pizza slice I ended up biting into something hard, a metal piece that has threaded pattern similar to a screw. The metal piece was embedded into the dough, underneath the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Not quite sure how this could have happened but it definitely hurt biting into and after that I decided not to eat the remainder of the pizza.
I live 30mins away from this little cesars location so going back right away wasn’t suitable.

So I get this being a popular food chain gets busy and all but there has got to be a point where being in the food I dustry u have got to be more attentive for numerous reasons….. But we won’t go into that I’m just saying at least pretend to care or love your job fr tho…

So nor.ally I receive amazing customer service from Lil Caesars but this lady time I wasn’t to happy with the service I got so I went thru the drive thru u know to just get the food and go but of course my fiance wanted a Slices and Sticks so of course there was goin to be a 10 min wait which I was ok with what I wasnt on with was at the 15 min mark watching an employee come out with my order go up to the wrong car and instead of looking around the parking lot in hopes that she may find the right vehicle she literally shrugged her shoulders and turned and walked back inside and I’m literally parked in front of her and just about lost my cool but I waited and finally once it hit the 30 min mark I calmly called and asked about my supposed 10 min order I had to wait for just to be told they would check on it and end up having to wait another 7 mins of course my food was cold and I wasn’t to happy but I had a time sensitive task at hand so I just left unhappy and super irritated mind u once food hits a certain temperature it therefore enters what any one who knows food safety or common sense we call it the danger zone where bacteria starts to form that cause food born illness but what do I being a chef know about the danger zone Fr tho

This is the newest of these franchise in town, but don’t let that fool you. I enjoyed my experience at this establishment. Even though I had to wait, not too long, the staff acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. Very friendly and felt clean inside. I would definitely recommend and plan on visiting back here. Thank you staff for treating the customer correctly. I appreciate you. Now as far as the pizza goes, terrible. Disgusting and of course I’m joking! The taste of the bread and sauce and pretty much perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni brought me back to my childhood days of Little Caesars in Kmart. What a wonderful and tasty treat/surprise! Never expected a flashback, but enjoyed the couple moments of being in less stressful and more less chaotic time. I could tell whoever made this pizza takes pride in their job as the pizza was amazing! Thanks again Little Caesars!

Tried the pretzel pizza. Would not buy again. Way to salty for me. Long wait over 40 minutes. If you are going to have a drive through I expect faster service. I do get I did not order hot n ready. I only ate half a slice and threw the rest away. Didn’t expect gourmet just better than this.

This pizza was supposed to have pineapple on it we paid the extra for the pine apple just to get home and there be NO pineapple!
Pretty upsetting and then I try to call and of course no answer!
I’ll be back for my full refund and a free pizza with with extra pineapple on 06/18/22 bright and early.

I have been waiting to review to see if things would improve. It hasn’t. The staff are rude. They give one word answers and refuse to be pleasant every time. The phone is constantly off the hook so you can not call. This is the third time I have received doughy pizza in the last month. This time not only was the pizza not cooked but they shoved the box lid through the pizza. (See photo) The list can go on for awhile. My work buys pizza from here once sometimes twice a week. We will no longer be frequenting this Little Caesars location. We will be going to the location on W. Nob Hill from now on. At least the staff there smiles and the environment is better. Oh! They also cook the pizza all the way as well. 10/10 don’t recommend this location. Terrible staff every time. Someone in management should get rid of the bad apples in the bunch. Not all staff can be this bad unless they have failing leadership. One bad apple can ruin it for everyone.
