Awful! Only 2 people working at 1:15 on a Sunday next to a huge mall. Really? Poor staff.. Stale food. No monitor to know if my mobile order had been even started. People were walking up and ordering and getting food. My order was placed 5 to 10 minutes before. Charging a dollar for cheese on the chili that is barely there is just greed. Biggie double bacon sandwich was stale and hardly anything on it. False advertising. The nuggets have been shrink so small it’s a joke. Will definitely not be back. This place sucks!

I entered the building and was offered to use the kiosk or order at the register. I chose the kiosk to insure I would earn the reward points by tapping in my phone number. I ordered an epic burrito. When I went to check out it asked if I had a coupon code or if I wanted a senior discount to ask for code from employee. I flagged down an employee and she put a paper with a code on it in front of the kiosk that scanned it and saved me seventy cents! Food was delicious.

#1 WWE (Worst Wendy’s Ever). Cheeseburger not fully wrapped, cheese not melted, grease on top bun. French fries tasted like salt and grease, so yuck. Chicken bites tasted like old grease and soggy. Threw out the meal and still have a stomach ache. Never going back. Young staff look sad and frustrated. I’m guessing this location is on the chopping block.

I came to this establishment to try their Cinnabon cinnamon roll I have to say it taste just like the cinnamon bun at the Cinnabon store, It was really tasty. I’ve eaten at the establishment before, but not recently. I can remember the hamburgers were good and so were the fries, their square burgers are unique, the interior structure is roomy with plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal, and the customer service is great. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls at the front entrance. They also have a drive-through.

The spicy chicken burger was good. It is not spicy … The fries were good. The pineapple mango lemonade is very sweet. It has a really good taste but it is too sweet. That is why it is better to get an extra bottle of water or another cup for water. $15.43 is a good price for this meal. The private restrooms are very clean here! . I appreciate the service here. Thank you.

After seeing all these Ads for Wendy’s Breakfast, I decided to try them today on Election Day so I can have some extra fun with the family. I wanted my kids to vote on which sandwich is the best tasting so I ordered 4 different ones. I have high expectations for this location because of the good reviews but was very disappointed after seeing the overcooked or almost burned sausage patties which are dry and hard to chew. My son almost bit into one. I will never, ever feed my family food that can be harmful to them. I don’t know how they let this happen, but they need to check the quality of their food before serving them to customers. And this happened TWICE on 2 of 4 different sandwiches that I bought today. The pictures says it all. Management needs to train their employees better in order to improve their customer service and overall business. This is totally unacceptable. They need to correct this practice as Customers deserve better.

You can say I have some good experiences and bad ones as well but mostly good ones .. I’m here at least twice a month because I discovered that they have Good tasting burgers at this location. They also have a cream soda that’s only at this location. The people out here are so friendly to me and my kids all the time. I wish they had a place area too .. not very packed and there’s plenty of parking outside so that’s a plus .. They have clean restrooms here so don’t worry about it smelling.

Wouldn’t let a 10 year old girl and a pregnant woman use the restroom. Said it’s because they had cleaned the restrooms and wanted them to stay clean for when they closed. Ridiculous. You are open.. no where near closing at 9pm… you close at midnight.. so why couldn’t my daughter and pregnant wife use your restroom? I demanded my money back and told them to keep their food. Went elsewhere.
