This is the first time I’ll give a review for somewhere. I’ve never even had an opportunity to eat at. I went to the Bojangles in order to get a meal went through the drive-through and no one would respond. I drove up to the window. You could see associates inside working but no one came to the window and I watched three cars try to go through drive-through and no one responded offering to take orders. I’m reaching out because I feel like you should know as a business owner that this is lost sales for your company if this happens often. I ended up going down the street to the Arby’s and got great service i.

We stopped here overnight and ate dinner and breakfast. Dinner was excellent although it was a little chaotic during the dinner rush our cashier Baby handled it well. Breakfast was calmer and the biscuits and gravy where excellent our cashier Sparkle was friendly cheerful overall great experience and very reasonable on prices

Very nice interior although some seats are stained or have issues so we sat at high tables which were cleaner. The biscuits are incredible and breakfast leaves you feeling full. The breakfast foods are fresh and larger than the other fast food breakfasts. Unfortunately they are Pepsi but you can walk into the Love’s area and get a coke product from their drink machines. The Bo-tots are incredible but be an onion lover or you may not like it. Service was nice and they kept us informed of baking times but they appeared to be slow in getting orders when I watched the lines get longer. I will be back regardless, the food quality is worth stopping for a good meal.

The two young guys up front are serious when it comes to quality control. They opened up my food to make sure it was the right food saw the biscuit. Looked a little bit dry and sent it back before I even had to say anything. Truly care about Customer Service and Miss sparkles the manager wanted their ensure that I had everything I needed prior to leaving really good experience

My first introduction to Bojangles was terrible due to the customer service I ordered online which was nice and easy and I was glad they had breakfast I ordered and according to the receipt my name would be called upon order completion the food came out quick however the employee just told her manager that if people didn’t come up to the front and ask for their food it could just sit there! The manager said nothing to this and went about her business as I saw the employee had all the authority I approached the manager asked if I need help and I told her that apparently my food would sit there unless I said something the employee chipped in and said it’s like DoorDash u have to come and ask I replied that the app told me something different which why I was standingby she responded they don’t go by that the whole while management is seeing this employee interaction and says nothing this employee definitely needs to be retrained in policy and procedure as well as in employee interaction this was not a good introduction at all to this company

They are Located at the Loves truck stop so you can stop in for gas and food. Bathrooms are located inside Loves and they were very clean. They offer chicken and breakfast all day. 1st time trying Bojangles. The chicken sandwich reminds me a little of Popeyes chicken. The breading is similar and the same type of crunch on chicken. This chicken sandwich had a slight spice to it but not hot/spicy. The fries seemed to have a Cajun seasoning that was a bit salty for me. The mac and cheese was decent for fast food. I should have taken a pic of the chicken on my sandwich because the piece of chicken breast was much smaller than the roll and definitely did not look like the one on the menu but chicken was juicy and crispy.

Stopped at Bonangles, connected to a Loves gas station. The food was good, everyone enjoyed their meal. Crispy chicken and good seasoned fries. I thought it was cool that they had USB charger ports at the booths/tables along the wall so you could be plugged in while you waited at this stop. The bathroom in the loves was clean for both the women’s and men’s. Annnd we had to get the name keychain for our kids because what’s a road trip without getting one in your lifetime? Especially when they have your name! Good place to stop
