Absolutely, AMAZING staff – we were greeted before the door closed behind us, hot food and made to order!! Kudos to the team working tonight!
Davonte was so heart warming, kind, even checked on us while we were eating to be sure our food was what we hoped for. This dad of 2 needs a raise! You have a gem in this genuinely kind and caring man!

Arby’s North Oak and Barry Rd
This Arby’s has good handicap parking close to the building but could use some more parking spots as there are a few stores in the small parking area.
Upon walking up to the building an employee immediately in an accusatory tone asked me why I was taking pictures and video. Had she been polite I would have told her but ….she was not. Then she quickly moved to the counter speaking loud enough that I could hear her at the front door “ there some guy taking pictures and videos of the building and he won’t tell me why”
Upon reaching the counter I believe a manager assisted me – prompt and courteous so I let her know I was doing.
She told the staff member, that people can take pictures and videos.
The food was great. Location good. Mgt excellent , staff attitude 0

Arby’s beef and cheddar is always supreme. Their shakes are great as well.
Their brisket sandwich was surprisingly good for fast food. I didn’t have high hopes for it, but it was one of the better sandwiches I’ve had lately!
Great place to go if you’re craving a solid sandwich or shake.

I can’t judge Atmosphere since I did not go in. But the windows line was not slow so that was good. The Nashville sliders are so good!! The lady at the window did her job perfectly.

I purchased a Kings brisket sandwich under the impression that a $9 sandwich was going to be pretty decent at the least. I recieved a completely smashed sandwich inside an undamaged box, I would have been ok with it if the thing had more than 2 slices of brisket on it.

What happened to the sizes for fries and drinks?! They’ve decreased exponentially. The large is a medium and the medium is a small. You’re paying for 2/3 if not less of the food you’re expecting.
Otherwise, the service was great. The staff was friendly and I got what I ordered. So from my experience, nothing wrong with the location but corporate is messing up.

Ordered didnt get what i ordered. Got bacon, tomato and lettuce on bread!!! Was 20 mins away before i found out. I paid 11 dollars for it! Why? Avoid this location.
