IT was so disgusting inside there was dry throw up and all they did was put a wet floor sign over it ,Not to mention the hamburger buns were hard and way older than an hour. This is exactly the reason why we cook at home. We cook with pride and we put love in it. These workers they should be ashamed of themselves. I will never go there ever again.Ugh disgusting that we spend $30 between 3 of us.No wonder it wasn’t busy @ lunch, people must already know what’s really being served.

I’m calling the health department!
They kept me waiting at the speaker for several minutes after I told them I had a mobile order. Then she told me to go to the window finally, but did not specify which window to go to, so I waited at the first window, which apparently they’re not even using. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and paid extra to have cheese added to them. Both sandwiches were cold. They charged for two pieces of cheese on each sandwich and only put one piece of cheese on each sandwich so I was charged for cheese that I did not receive. I also ordered their smallest Diet Coke because they are so expensive. The drink was completely flat, it didn’t have any ice in it, and it tasted like what I would imagine mold tastes like. I threw it away, so again paid for nothing. I plan on calling the health department to go out and check the restaurant, because I don’t believe they’re washing their fountain machine. My stomach hurts now too a couple of hours after eating about 25% of the cold food. Now I’m questioning how long it had been sitting there for.
There was not one thing about this visit or this order that I can give kudos for. No wonder the Taco Bell next-door was super busy and no one was at this Burger King. It makes sense now!

Ordered chicken fries and two plain cheeseburgers. The screen was correct, but I received a chicken sandwich a regular cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger. Not one friendly thing was said. Just “ anything else” and my total. No greeting at the window and salutations when leaving. Everything about it was weird.

I’m trying to get ahold of them after they told my doordash that they didn’t have my food and they waited for 20 minutes so the fact they didn’t make the food, my dasher even told me they were beingrude. I called and they were rude right off the bat, they told me i was wrong that ever order was filled and I told them they were being rude so they hung up on me. I will definitely be calling every day till I speak to a manager.

I was very disappointed with service. I had pre ordered online. Drive through. When I arrive I requested a couple extra sauces. The manly lady who was serving me gave me same attitude. Like I could have paid for the extra sauce as need be. Then I get home. The food was not very good tasting a little on the cold end. They not only forgot the sauces I asked for. But they didn’t even give me a single frosting dip sauce for the two cinnie Minnie’s I ordered. If I hadn’t asked for extra sauce I wouldn’t have got any at all. I will not be returning to the Burger King on pecos again.

With no customers before nor after me the employee at drive through tried to make me sit at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes when I had an online order. Then when I pulled up to the window she told me to go back to the drive thru because she had a timer running. So she wanted me to get back on pecos go one block south of her location turn around then re enter the burger king parking lot pull up to the drive thru sit there for another 5 minutes at least all because she wanted to falsify her drive thru times. So I said no im going to wait right where I am. Then she yelled at me for not doing what she told me to do.

So me and my boyfriend came here because we were hungry and wanted something cheap. When i meant cheap i meant the food not the service cheap. When we got there for our order which we had paid for in advance so it could be ready once we got there. The order was not even started on. Ontop of that whoever was working the front had a horrible attitude. They completely forgot some of my stuff and stared me down when i complained about it. Train your staff better. not to mention the place needed to be clean. do better

Super slow service. Do not go here if you’re in any kind of a hurry or have any time constraint. The person at the speaker could place their order only when there was nobody at the window waiting for their order
