True to the brand with crunchy breaded chicken tenders, crunchy fried okra, and gallons of the sweetest tea, Chicken Express doesn’t disappoint. The food quality was great and they were keeping up though obviously a bit understaffed today. Overall a great place to get your chicken fix.

If you use the app from the Google Play Store they will mistakenly think you’re Door Dash. The last two times I have ordered they refuse to hand me the bag with my purchases and place it on a nearby table. The first time I ordered here that didn’t happen. This time the man mumbled something to the effect that is what they do with Door Dash orders. I called the restaurant and spoke with Tammy who identified as a member of management. She informed me that the app I am using is a Door Dash app and they charge more. However, when i asked about the prices they are exactly what is on the menu with no upcharge. She said the best way to order was either at the counter or call the place directly. We have used other Chicken Express locations, albeit not in the south central Oklahoma area and never had this problem. I will take her advice should we decide to eat here again and call them directly or just wait to arrive and order. Tammy was very pleasant and professional about the situation.

I think everyone had the same idea as me the other night lol. Long line in drive thru but there was an employee bringing drink orders to cars and collecting payment. It didn’t take long to get to the window and the staff was super friendly and the food was hot. Thanks ❤️✌️

I went to this location for the first time last night.
The owner was there and very nice as I took photos for my review. Lol
The chicken and hush puppies were fresh and hot.
The cashier was nice and the restaurant clean.
I personally didn’t like the breading used but my kids will enjoy the chicken either way.

Got a 8 piece supposed to be mixed. But got 8 pieces dark. The chicken was so dry and hard not juicy at all it had been left under heat lamps to long. As much as food cost now days. It’s sad that a family can’t even get good quality food no where This is totally unacceptable $23.00 for nasty old food. I wouldn’t serve to my dogs. I would have returned it but we live in addington.

Food is pretty blan. Chicken is usually cold or room temperature. The sides are decent. If you get chicken tenders get the spicy, the regular one are almost flavorless. The servers are nice and service is decent.

I don’t know what’s happened over the last several months, but service has been terrible. Not all, but most of the kids working are rude. They barely speak or won’t and just close the window in your face. They talk over you as you try to order and explain what you need. It’s always a HUGE deal when we order hush puppies. I understand It will take a few extra minutes longer, but don’t act like you’re put out for me ordering a menu item. It costs nothing to be kind. Especially when your customer is trying to be kind and make it an enjoyable experience. Completely ruins our evening when we have to deal w rude employees. We come at least once a week. It didn’t used to be like this.
Also the tenders have been extra salty lately. Not sure what that’s about. We always get the same thing and just regular tenders.

Not only was my chicken cold, and torn as if they were leftover, bitten into pieces, I have a curly, brown hair cooked into my okra. The MOD said I’d have to bring the order back for them to replace it, which was not an option after a 13 hour day. I tossed it out, and made me some soup, hair free!
