Really just a disappointing experience. Ordered 2 sets of boneless wings, a pan pizza, and a stuffed crust pizza. The wings have basically no sauce on them, just a small pool on the bottom of the container. No effort was made to mix them. The pan pizza is doughy and unevenly cooked, including partly undercooked. And the stuffed crust is so poorly cut you can tell it was someone right handed, as only the right side of the pizza is cut. Didn’t even cut the pepperoni on the left side, let alone the crust.
Contacted their support online, was told they’d open case on my behalf but otherwise I needed to call the store. Called the store, and besides sounding annoyed that I’d dare complain, I was offered a $20 in store credit that I needed to use within a month. Considering each pizza was about $20, no, I don’t find that satisfactory.
Really bad experience, and I won’t order from this store anymore. You can keep your $20.

This Pizza Hut Staff are way nicer and do their best , then the Michigan Avenue Pizza Hut in Kissimmee. I won’t go back to the Michigan Avenue/192 Pizza Hut anymore. The customer service there is poor . But this Pizza Hut here in BVL is way better in customer service.

I almost always order takeout from this Pizza Hut and am happy with the results. Their delivery is even better. Every portion of the meal was cooked to perfection.
The bread sticks were still warm and soft. The pizza was hot and full of ingredients. The pasta was destroyed by my parents.
Will be ordering from this location again both in person and delivery.

I am not a fan of Pizza Hut’s new delivery system with DoorDash. I placed an order for delivery, and the DoorDash driver left the pizza boxes outside on the ground (how disrespectful). When I contacted the driver, he said, “I’ve been doing this for 10 years and never had a problem leaving food on the ground.” The pizza wasn’t hot, the cheese wasn’t melted to perfection, and it had a funny taste. Pizza Hut, please hire your own drivers and stop using DoorDash. I am very dissatisfied with their service!

I’m not sure if it’s just a problem with this location as I haven’t had pizzahut in over two years, but I can say for sure I won’t be having it again. If I order a pizza, the pizza needs to have enough cheese to cover it. There shouldn’t be a bunch of areas on it where you see only sauce. The only reason this is getting two stars is because my interaction with the cashier was pleasant.

One of the awful pizzerias that I’ve ever seen. The service time is as bad as food quality, like 20 minutes wait to bake a pizza while doughs at pizzahut already spread and shipped frozen to stores, only need to thaw a day earlier and keep them in fridge. So much easier process compared to other pizzerias that spread doughs at the time and bake fresh doughs. The manager was horrible acting like he is a surgeon that is handling a very heavy duty task ; came out the back room every few minutes and looked around did not care about the customer wait time. If you ask them when the food is ready, they say with a harsh tone that “need to be patient” not recommend to get your food from these lazy narcissists.

I’mma give this place a freakin’ 5 star, why? Because I was hangry, leaving the crib because dinner wasn’t cooked after already taking a shower & then complaining for 5 mins…. I had a thought about Pop Eyes, then Taco Bell.. pulling in… & then last min made a hard left turn right before going into the line and parked by Pizza Hut. I made the “right” decision. I mean, YUMMM!! All I wanted was cheesy bread & this was exactly what I wanted… & BOOMMBB!! Extra cheese all around the crust like I asked and the pan baked buttery dough, was so light skin and sexy & with her bestie (red sauce) the duo is priceless. &&&&&&&& I asked for 2 red sauces, they gave me 3!! Yoo!! Holy Trinity!!! Bless this store Yeshua, and everyone in it. Just look at the pic!! & order you some of this nostalgia

Surprisingly better then I expected. We ordered the stuffed crust with garlic parmesan sauce with a mix of toppings and it was pretty yummy. The pizza was ready on time and The staff was pretty friendly. We’ll definitely be returning to this Pizza Hut.
